The rooms were stylish and very clean.
They completely botched my reservation and mixed it with another person’s, I was double charged for incidental fees thanks to that, and none of the employees knew how to fix it. I have stayed at many hotels this year, and this one completely dropped the mark. We were in town for a family member’s wedding and ended up missing the entire ceremony due to the issues at the hotel.
