Location location location. Had a wonderful room.

EVERYTHING to do with the PARKING situation. From lack of directional signage; the gate/check out procedures were unclear…we had to run back into the hotel to get a validation. AND we were charged $18 for all of this disorganized, illogical, disjointed garbage.

It was close to where we needed to be. Good options for breakfast.

It took 20 minutes to check in and get our key cards at 8:30 PM. Also, in the booking information, it said it was going to be $18 to park in the attached structure. We had to pay $68 to leave and were parked there for less than 12 hours over night.

Everything was excellent. The staff was Super friendly and the property was very very clean.

Arrival was a little confusing as there was no main door. You enter up from the parking garage, but that would have been our only complaint.

Several members of staff were helpful: we arrived earlier than normal check-in and we were given a room. Other members need more training: while trying to resolve a problem, one staff member needed our name; however, the staff member could not remember our name, which is easy, and had to ask me for it 3 times. After struggling for a while, another staff member stepped in and was able to help us and quickly train the staff colleague. The struggling staff member had a good attitude.

Our room was not properly cleaned. We found clothes were not cleaned up and wondered if the room had been cleaned: one needs to look everywhere what needs to be picked up. The bathroom lacked some toiletries which the staff were more than willing to provide when we asked them for it.
