We were woken up three times by housekeeping knocking on our door, hours before checkout. I felt rushed to leave early. One knock would have been fine I guess, but when I answered and explained we were still sleeping, it was not necessarily to wake us up two more times. We left over an hour before checkout, so I’m not sure what the issue was.

The staff let us come in early to our room before our event so my two babies could get a nap in before we left. That was so kind of them.
The pool was too cold to enjoy.

i liked the room lay out, and it was very welcoming and a great location. also very clean.
