My stay has been really great.

I liked that the rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff were all very nice and professional. They were very helpful and always smiling. It makes a huge difference to me to have friendly staff that I can talk to and I had reason to stop at the front desk at all hours of day and night. Thank you!

The only thing I can think of that i didn't like was that the breakfast was lacking a bit. The juice dispenser was broken so there was no juice. I thought there would have been waffles, but there were no waffles. Only had cereal, coffee and muffins. Thank you.

Okay, but disappointing

The place was clean and relatively comfortable

The rooms were super hot when we got there and one of the rooms took HOURS to cool down. Also, in the pictures there were waffle makers and other options. There was cereal, and muffins. No waffles, no juice, nothing hot. It was very disappointing.

It was conveniently located. The rooms were very large and the beds were super comfortable! Parking was ample. There were several places to go eat that were either in walking distance or in a short driving distance. Overall, all the staff members were helpful and cheerful.

There was one employee in particular, a young lady at the front desk, who was supposed to stock the breakfast in the morning who clearly did not restock at all. She left the previous days items left on the counter and told the guests there was nothing left and when confronted about it told the guest she had restocked the breakfast. She clearly lied. Other than this one particular employee, the others were absolutely phenomenal!

If the lobby is that filthy, how bad are the rooms?

The front desk agent was nice enough.

We left. The lobby was filthy. There were sketchy people out in the front. My kids pointed out that, if the lobby is that gross, how bad must the rooms be? I asked to see our rooms before we committed to checking in and was told that would not be possible. As a family, we decided it was not worth the risk!

Super 8 wheat ridge review

They have a decent sized pool with decent hours && a simple Simple breakfast but at least it is something vs nothing. Good job super 8!!

Hmmm. Well some of the staff members are a bit rude ... Hmm check out is at 11am like most other hotels , although other places usually work with you on late check outs. If you ask this place they get all rude with an attitude and say "all I can do is 1130" like wow , awesomeness an entire extra 30 mins!!! Not. Lol. Flipping sucks considering you're literally paying about $130 each and every night!!!

Fix your hotel

I liked the girl at the front desk. She was very nice. She had to fix and redo the whole reservation since the online thing was screwed up. It was very hard to use it kept saying I was reserving the room for 2, I tried to fix it, but apparently, it didn't. Why can't it be like it was in the past? ...when you were able to just walk into the hotel and reserve your room ? This doing it online crap is harder, and the computer reserve on your phone is a pain in the ass when they never work !!! It's so frustrating!... They claim its the only way you can get a discount, too. But the discounts are ALWAYS just BS and a bunch of hot air. There is no discount. My TV didn't work but a nice lady who worked there was very nice to take her time to make it work. She went and found a remote that finally got it working again. I liked that the bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough and looked nicely made.

I didn't like the fact that the online reservations couldn't reserve a simple one night one person stay in a queen bed, and had to charge me an inflated room charge, and clearly the online reservations does not work and is complicated. It kept telling me I was reserving a room for 2 people. I tried changing it several times I didn't like that my TV didn't work, I didn't like that there was no shade anywhere in the parking lot no trees and it seemed really dirty and a lot of ghetto for the price per night, I didn't like that the smell in the room when I entered my room, It smelled musty and old and I wasn't allowed to use insence. I didn't like that the bathroom floors in my room were extremely dirty...so dirty that I had to wear my sandles the entire time and put my sandles on immediately when I got out of the shower. And they were so dirty, that they left black streak marks from the water from my shoes, and looking at the corners you could see the black dirt on the floors and any water that came out of the shower or sink showed just how dirty the floors were, If I smudged my shoe, it left a black smudge mark, I even took pictures to prove it, and no it's not shade in the corner, it's dirt, my bathroom sink was clogged and just looked dirty too, it wasn't shiny or clean, it was maybe so old it can't be cleaned ... ? Cause there was like rust around the drain. If I used it, the dirty water would not go down, It just sat there clogged, I took pictures of the floors and sink included !

Good price!

We came from a very long and tiring trip hoping that we could relaxed once we get there! The booking was confirmed and I already paid for it, only to find out that there's no available room left! They never informed us ahead of time so we can look for another hotel! They transferred us to another hotel which was another 15 minutes drive! They only cancelled my booking when we were at the other hotel.

Nothing, homeless people EVERYWHERE!!! Loitering in hallways, digging in the trash by hotel doors leaving, all over grounds & eating the breakfast, all the food before guest can even get any food, WE PAY TO BE @ THE HOTEL........LIKE DARN HOMELESS SHELTER BUT I PAID!!!! Worst HOTEL EVER- NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ohhhh paid pet fees, no grass for my pets to relive themselves, dog feces EVERYWHERE!!! GROW BACKBONE OR SHUT PROPERTY DOWN!!!! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE BY FAR!!!!

Disgusting and would NEVER stay there again

I liked nothing about my stay.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Filthy, damages everywhere, smelled like cigarettes,sink didn’t drain, bugs in the sink, holes in doors, carpeting soiled and black with filth, blood on wall, pubic hairs on towels and bathroom floor. People partying/selling drugs in parking lot, doors propped open with rocks, loud music. I was scared to death someone would try to rob me. No elevator where my room was (east side). I’m disabled and had to drag my suitcase and bags up stairs with no help. Just terrible! All around.

It was quiet and comfortable. I really enjoyed the bed and the cleanliness of the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again next time I’m in town. Very close to my family’s house so very convenient.

The TV in the room was broken unable to watch TV before going to sleep. The toilet seat was not secured. There was also a leak around the toilet.
