Breakfast was good. We had 2 cars no problem. Safe close to room. We thought we only needed 1 day then another and another thay were so nice. Then we check out only to come back that night. And again the next night. No problem. With the nightmare we had trying get our business done in town. It was so nice not to have to worry about where to stay. Had to dust the cob webs off the ceiling over the bed with a pillow. The coffee maker in the room didn't work the 2nd morning. The faucets in the shower were loose so shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. Out of three lights in the bathroom two were burnt out. Place could use a bunch of upgrades.

The room needs to be updated. No counter space in the bathroom for personal items. Microwave and TV did not work. Pillows very uncomfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located off of I-70 in Golden and right next to a Maverick gas station (if you wanted to purchase some convenience store items. The hot breakfast was very good as well.

Up front the staff I interacted with were friendly and helped with our problems. I believe the issues with this hotel lie with corporate or the local manager. When I booked the hotel I did so because it was a Wyndam property - can't go wrong with right? Read on... 1. I checked the website for amenities and it listed a hair dryer so we did not pack one. When we arrived we found our room (107??) did not have one but the front desk moved us to another room (109)? Seriously, move all our partially unpacked bags to another room instead of just giving us a hair dryer? 2. Our new room had a smoke detector but it was on the dresser - not on the wall where it should be. 3. As I took my first shower I found long red hair on the shower wall - we are both in our seventies and very gray. 4. The toilet seat was loose and wobbly - we have enough problems with balance we don't need you adding challenges. 5. We had an iron (thank you) but no Ironing board - your staff got us one. 6. When we got back to our room the second day (three day stay) our keys did not work - easily fixed but why?? 7. While looking for somethin beside the second double bed I found fruit loops cereal. Perhaps your staff need more powerful vacuums. 8. The first night the TV did not work, the second night it was on but we could not adjust the volume. The third night it would not turn on. The solution suggested was that we change rooms (yes again) but we were so frustrated we just read our books. 9. When I went to

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The first room we were in had an issue with the air conditioner. It was literally falling off of the wall. There was an opening where bugs/insects could go into the room. The staff was accommodating and were able to give us another room. That room was pretty clean but there were some bugs by the window. The only other issue with this room was that the water in the shower would not turn completely off and was constantly running. Some positives about the place were that it was close to the venue we were visiting and there were stores and restaurants in walking distance.

We need to use the plug behind the bed and it had been clear that it had not been cleaned behind there for some time. The shower needed more thorough cleaning as well.

My tv only had 4 channels available : 5,9,10 & 11. I brought it the attention of several front desk personnel and maintenance staff. I received no return communication and it was never fixed. I purposely left the remote in a particular spot and it was never touched which leads me to believe that the issue was never even looked at

I am still waiting for the manager of the hotel to respond to my email to him requesting a refund, which should not have been charged to my credit card, since I prepaid with hotels.com. His unresponsiveness to date has put a real damper on my experience. My credit card company yesterday came through and have issued conditional credits for the two charges, but I would still appreciate a response from this manager, at least acknowledging the mistake.

The hotel was clean enough limited amount of shampoo in the room. The rooms were slightly David and the faucet in the bathroom dripped all the time. It had a slight older odour in the room when we arrive, but the air ventilation air conditioner system once turned on, seemed to help.

the hotel room was absolutely filthy. there was black mold in the showers, no outlets in the rooms worked, no light (lamps were non-operational), also there was a ant infestation in the room. Staff was non helpful and honestly not friendly for my stay.

The hotel room was beyond dirty hair in pillow cases and a layer of dusty on almost everything in the hotel! There was only 1 outlet to charge things and it was in the bathroom the other outlet connectors weren’t working. The shower had zero hot water after running it for over an hour. The towels smelt dirty and the room smelt like cigarettes. The staff was really rude over the phone and in person. Overall this hotel was not worth 200$ for 1 night it seems like they took a motel 6 and slapped a la Quinta sign on it.

There was a huge red stain on the carpet that looked like blood. When I emailed photos to corporate they sent back a standard reply email. The room also had outlets that didn’t work and lighting fixtures that didn’t work. Again, I emailed corporate photos and they literally do not care about the presentation of their hotel. It was poor.

The price was cheap and so was the motel. Unfortunately our room had ants, chipping paint, and a swishy bathtub with a hole in it that was filled with caulk. The rest of the room seemed mostly clean. The breakfast was good, the location was decent, the pool looked clean but we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Bedding has stains all over it and needed to be thrown away. Made me question if any of the bedding had even been changed. The dirt all over everything is unacceptable. A simple wipe with soap and water would clean it. Mystery stain in the chair. I know this is a budget hotel but a clean bed is not too much to ask.
