Bad experience, looks like they know the building is going to demolished soon and let it go.

.the location was good, and the building looked okay from the highway.

The building needs to be condemned, the room door looked liked it was kicked in with the lock falling off. The elevator didn't work and we had to carry bags up three flights of stairs.

I like jow quiet it was and easy to find.

The upkeep on the hotel definitely could be better. Our room stunk so bad like urine we had to switch rooms. Which the guy who helped us was super friendly about it and got us a different room which was better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My fiancé and I stayed here while in town for the Martin Garrix show at Red Rocks, and we honestly don’t understand why this hotel has such low ratings! Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient for getting to the venue and around the Denver area. We felt safe, everything worked perfectly, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places nearby. Sometimes reviews can make you hesitate, but we’re so glad we gave this La Quinta a chance — it completely exceeded our expectations. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Colorado

It was not worth the money we paid!!

Hard to find. Very small sign and GPS kept taking us to another location with the same address. Room shower was dirty, especially the grout between the tiles . Also, the shower handles were all messed up. We couldn’t get the water regulated. You would either get freezing cold water or scalding hot water.

Bed was comfortable.

The shower was not great. Too low to the tub and kept getting too cold. The air conditioning was finicky and room was hot or freezing. The Smelled like smoke. And to top it all off they charged me for room damages I didn't do.

Nothing from the time I stepped into the building it was so dirty

Room was so disgusting shower was dirty beds were super super dirty husband toke a 10 minute nap wakes up and his back was all red from bed bugs, chair was dirty like semen was left in there in porpoise, told the front desk person and he acted like rooms were clean, show him pictures and denied everything, he offer me a second room and it was even dirtier trash carpet was so dirty and it has a super disgusting smell, I have pictures of the chair mattress ( blood, pee and who knows what else) I when back to the from desk and explained what the situation was and told him I did not feel safe and he said nothing he can do since I book the a 3rd party, and even After I showed him the picture he denied everything, I left the building and booked a different hotel and experience was the opposite

Nothing

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Especially after they charged me $475 for setting off a smoke alarm. I dont smoke anything and It never even went off, and nobody ever even came to look at it. Nobody ever called the hotel phone, tried to get a hold of me or even talked to me about it, they just charged my card 475. Dollars, and let me know about it at checkout, which in turn left me stranded for days.

There was bugs all over the rooms. The lock on the first room we had the lock was broken. The second room the lock was lose and the ac wasn’t working. The third room( the room w stayed in) the lock was also lose so we bought an extra safety bar.

Staff very nice professional, moved me to another room, as I requested. Cute rooms, just need better maintenance.

Needed a map, as property is very confusing. Searching for an elevator was a challenge. Mold in all the grout of bathroom wall, so unhealthy for me, have Asthma. Second room did not have fridge or microwave for my meal I had saved, had to eat it cold.

Place was very run down. Bathroom door had a hole in it and sink dripped non stop. Chair had gross stains on it. Pictures definitely made it look nicer than what it was. Pool out of order.

Standard hotel room. Beds were ok.

Shower head a bit low, might fit someone 5'5". TV doesn't receive any channels from the satellite so it was useless. Parking lot is very dark, no security lights or cameras. My car was broken into during the night by someone busting out my passenger window and had thousands of dollars of items stolen from me.

That it was close to interstate.

The staff, the fact that we made reservations and it was canceled without our knowledge. The staff wouldn’t give us a receipt when asked. We got there late after driving 6 hours after working 12, and we called them to tell them and they still cancelled our reservation. About 45 mins after arrival the fire alarm went and that lasted an hour. This was 4am. Check out was at 11. Manager was also extremely rude.

Not cozy, other guests loud obnoxious people!

Room was cozy.

Other guests were loud drunk and obnoxious. There were bugs in the room. The door bolt didn't lock, so I didn't feel safe with the loud obnoxious guest. The TV was basic and said it was playing one thing but a different show. No access to other movie apps on the television. Gaps in the front door where I assume all the bugs come in. I actually left Friday night to get a much quieter and nicer hotel. I left around 7 pm. Will never stay at La Quinta again if I can help it.

Worst hotel experience ever

Absolutely nothing. This place needs shut down.

Absolutely nothing. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the bathroom sink had ants inside it as well as on the dresser, my bed had human hairs in the sheets and a stain on the comforter and my friends bed had a huge stain on the mattress itself. We left the property and requested a refund due to the unsafe environment. When we went to the front desk to let him know the condition on our room we could see a can of raid in the office behind the front desk. If they know they have an ant or bug issue they should properly take care of it. I’m still waiting on a refund

Beds were comfy.

Could hear the highway noise all night long. Shower had mold/mildew. Show head shoots to the middle of you back so you have to stoop and bend over to wash your hair.

HORRIBLE! THIEVES!!

This place is a complete disaster! No hot water, sink would not drain, filthy inside and outside everywhere. Door to bathroom would not close. Staff charged our credit card the $75 plus another $25. When we called they hung up on us 3 times and put us on hold twice without picking up the phone. When we tried to file a complaint with the BBB, they are not accredited!! The main headquarters phone number has been disconnected!!

The room was dirty. Including soiled comforter, sheets, and bed. Not stained but actually dirty. The walls were dirty as well as the curtains. The bathroom was in awful condition and the toilet wouldn’t flush.
