My room was not cleaned for four days. I had a long stay.

Breakfast ok.....there was no hot water for tea. Not a microwave. I had to go back to my room to make a morning cup of tea.
It was not nearly as good as I have experienced there in the past.
The pool was quite cool and the hot tub wasn't working at all.
