Had a really comfortable stay.

My third stay. Super clean. Really nice staff.

The beds aren’t that comfortable but I’m told they are getting new mattresses in the next couple of weeks. Really looking forward to that on my next stay.

Nice parking, easy check in with free cookies and water. The rooms were nice and clean. We constantly saw staff cleaning in the hallways and they were always pleasant. The breakfast was yummy.

The pillows were super soft, thankfully I just took one of my kids, so it was okay.

Senior Moments on the Rise

Close to restaurants, gas, shops. The very best feature was the adult-height toilet. I didn’t have to pray to get off the seat. I could self-rise. If you are a senior with bad knees, this bathroom is the place to feel young again! The Welcome Debbie on TV screen.

The hidden closet behind the curtain. I literally spent several hours trying to figure out how a hotel could not have a closet. Just as I was preparing to depart from the hotel, I decided to look out my room window to see how bad the rain was falling. That’s when I noticed the closet.

It was clean, breakfast had a lot options.

The AC was leaking, the carpet was wet by AC Bed frame made was loose and made a lot noise with any movement.

Well worth the money

Staff were all super friendly. I loved the free water and cookies and check in. Good breakfast. Comfortable. Good price.

Somethings were a wee bit run down like a wobbly toilet. My neighbors played lound music till midnight and started up again at 6:30am . I needed sleep. I tried to call the front desk but there was no phone.

This hotel was higher priced than other chains in the area but not worth the extra cost.

The location was exactly were we needed to be. The breakfast room was tidy. Housecleaning staff were pleasant.

We arrived near 10 PM. The common room had a dozen people happily, enjoying a card game. There was no one at the registration desk. The sign said, "we will be right back". We stood there shaking off the rain and waited. Eventually someone appeared down the hall and slowly pushed a cart two toward us. After maneuvering the cart behind the desk we heard a few mumbled words that included our name. Buttons were pushed, a card tapped, and room keys were passed over.

The breakfast had a variety of offerings including fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, various egg dishes, bacon, juice and coffee. The quality was good. The setting was comfortable.

The smell was awful all throughout the first floor and our room. It was also very muggy inside and hard to breathe. We turned on the ac which helped a bit but woke up congested and miserable. Beds were very soft/weak and uncomfortable. No pool, only whirlpool.

Great stays in the past, but poor mattresses, leave bad taste.

We’ve stayed here before and always enjoyed the staff, how clean the facility is, and how quiet it is. This time, however we ended up in a bedroom with two beds due to the husband‘s coughing, and both of them were very uncomfortable. Sore backs and not sleeping well Left a bad taste in her mouth. Will try again, but hopefully never run into Beds like that again at the Hampton.

The elevator ding each floor, our room was next to the elevator and with a 3-month-old and 3 year 3-year-old every ding woke me up...not a lot of sleep. Maybe continue the noise ordinance with the elevator? Lol

I would stay again as the staff was great and the location was great.

The staff was great! The hotel over all was clean.

The toilet in the bathroom above our bathroom leaked, so it dripped into our bathroom. We did not notice until the next morning. When I let the front desk know, they said they would let maintenance know, but could not move us to another room because we booked through a third party.

Not worth the value. Not a safe location for vehicles

The beds are comfy

The staff was very unfriendly regarding our 3 lb dog. They charged a fee of $50 and never said anything about the extra charge. The rooms are expensive to begin with so $50 is outrageous for a less than twelve hour stay. Total charge for one night was $210! The hall has strong smell of cleaning supplies which is unpleasant. Never even had the breakfast they offered so it was way too spendy. Had to worry about car getting broken into as it happens often there.

Loud, dirty homeless people coming and going while workers sat on there chairs doing nothing. We won’t be back

Noise above us kept us up all night. Called the front desk and nobody would answer the phone. Went down at 7am when I couldn’t handle it anymore, I was told I could move to the 1st floor? How about asking the people in the room above us to stop playing basketball? A bum was sleeping on the lobby couch, another one was coming and going taking food from the breakfast line with his dirty black hands, a lady pointed it out and the worker didn’t care. Not a good stay

Good stay

The room and the staff were great. The location of the hotel seems like a very "seedy" area. The noise from the freeway was more than we expected. All in all, it was a good stay.
