Parking was great

Location left a lot to be desired. The hall smelled like weed. The property is very dated. They have done a decent job of keeping it clean, but it is in need of repairs.

They allowed me to stay without a deposit. The girl who checked me in made me afraid when she said it. Reds a paint job. lol I entered afraid to be shocked by the room. She did say it was clean. It was clean and it’s an ugly blue grey color but it was totally fine. I’ve seen allot worse

While lacking in door security and deep cleaning, we appreciated the location and price.

Good older hotel

This was the second time we stayed within 10 days. The breakfast was much better this time. We had a different room and the bed was still great, firm but comfortable. It suited our needs.

The musty smell. It's an older hotel that is kept up but it has that old kind of wet smell.

The location is right next to an adult video store so we didn’t like that and the pool was not clean and the place smelled like smoke.

It was a motel. It smelled like weed. The walls were dirty, the pool was dirty. Everything was dirty and gross, we wanted to sleep in the car most of the time because it was just uncomfortable and a dirty and smelly environment.

Room was much better than the exterior of the hotel or the interior of the hallways and elevator.

I couldn't see any other way of escaping the second floor other than the stairs and elevator at the same end of the long hallway. Being right next door to an adult video store was not great

Very sketchy and gross

The front desk guy was nice

Our roof had what seemed to be a blood splash on it above one of the bed. The same bed also had a cleaned up blood looking stains under the mattress pad. The shower handle broke off in my hand when I went to turn it on and when we told the front desk they said it happens all the time. Parts of our floor felt wet when we stepped on it and the dock lock was broken so we wedged a chair under the door at night. Besides the happy man in the Hawaiian shirt that checked us in things were not very great at all.

The main reason you want a room is to sleep in a bed. The King bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of room of hot water for showers and bath.

Dated interior, patched holes on walls, mop board falling off, cigarette stains on night stand and bathtub. There were noises coming from upstairs and I think it was the elevator that kept waking me.

Good place if you just need somewhere to stay.

If you need a place to stay near the Kaiser hospital this is ideally located. It was perfectly adequated but cannot be describe as luxurious by any stretch of the imagination. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Good place to stay if you are on a budget.

Staff was attentive and check in was easy. When told about the dirty pool, they actually went out and cleaned the bottom and skimmed the surface. Unfortunately by the time they got done it was too late to use. Applaud the effort.

Smells bad in hallways and room was not much better. Mattress was like from the 70’s super springy!! Kids would love jumping on those. Pool was not usable. Bottom was filthy and all sorts of stuff, including a sock was floating on top. No way were we going near that. It was the main reason we chose this place so the kids could cool off.

It was not the worst hotel I’ve experienced, but it was impressionable enough to need a review.

Outdoor pool was warm, shower head was adjustable with good pressure, parking was not too crowded and spaces are large.

Keycards needed to be replaced four times due to inability to open any doors. All key doors to the parking lot are nonfunctional and ‘exit only’. Attendant took ~10 minutes to arrive to the desk for checkout. Mattress was uncomfortable with a few large lumps. Top sheets had to be removed before use as both had burn holes in them. Second floor had an intense, urine-esq odor. TV remote was unsettlingly sticky.

Everyone, the staff, everybody is super super nice. Very attentive. The rooms are really large in the shower worked really well and it was nice and hot water quickly

There’s nothing they can do about what I’m gonna say. It’s really loud where we are because of the freeway and also it’s right next to a porn shop so that’s kind of weird. They can’t help that either.

The check in process was absolutely smooth. The guy at the front office was very helpful and staff in general is great

The room I stayed lacked cleanliness and was not ideal to stay with kids.. the sink was clogged and the bedding had cigarette butt holes on it and it was never replaced or changed.. we complained and move to a better room but the wash sink in the room came off that night on its own and again had a bad experience.. I saw they had better rooms when the staff was cleaning in the mornings so would be nice if they can give a better room for people with kids
