The toilet did not flush properly, the desk and remote were still wet (assuming and hoping from cleaning solution though we did not use them), lights in the room were broken. The worst part was during our stay, my wife woke up to bugs on her. Would not recommend staying here.

Do not waste your time and money at this place.

Great location.

The whole hotel was filthy. Staff was not very friendly. First room's toilet was clogged and full of feces. When I went to discuss it being angry I demanded another room. Then the other room's ventilation system was so noisy sleep would have been impossible. Then there were no rooms left so I was stuff having to get back on the road.

Acceptable for a inexpensive overnight.

Bathroom looked clean. Towels thick and soft. Mattress comfortable. Clean pleasant breakfast area. Food itself was fine although the only protein was yogurt.

Bed linens. Some minor stains. Very wrinkly to the point where I wondered if they had been changed rather than just made up. Bottom sheet was too small or not put on correctly, so it pulled off during the night. Very strong marijuana smell in hallways upon late night arrival. Minimal supplies: no conditioner for shower, no plastic laundry bag, etc.

I would stay here again but make time for breakfast elsewhere

Room was clean and met my expectations. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows available. The water pressure was better than expected in the shower. The location was very good - plenty of dining options nearby and easy on and off access from the highway.

The breakfast left plenty to be desired. Waffles or biscuits and gravy were available, if you preferred those options. It would have been better if there was yogurt or some other protein option available to compliment the cereals, oatmeal, muffins, or toast. I would have also liked other fruit options besides an apple, like bananas or oranges.

Used to like this hotel, but will not be staying here anymore.

Price and close to the highway.

We travel to Florida on Christmas day and we have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 4 years. It used to be great but it was really gone downhill in the past year. It was dirty throughout the hotel, many things needed to be repaired (properly) and the breakfast was scaled back considerably (poor taste). We will not stay here again.

it was a decent stay for one night. felt a little uncomfortable after a guest walked into our room while my family was i

for the price of one night it wasn’t too bad. had a few different places around and was pretty close to most things we had planned.

smelled like cigarette smoke in our room. the smoke detector had dust and dirt around it as if someone were smoking in the room before. the room in general was pretty dusty, creases of the wall also had dust and cobwebs. we also had (i’m assuming) a guest walk into our room while we were in there??? is it normal for keys to work for every room? that made my family feel really uncomfortable. thankfully it was our check out day.

AWESOME STAY!! Just one bump!!

I liked everything about this Quality Inn & Suites, the hotel interior and exterior is clean. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable and the hot water was awesome. The pool was nice, and breakfast was great.

Sunday morning, breakfast kind of went south, arrived at the breakfast area around 8:15, and no gravy, only two biscuits, no bread for toast, and the waffle marker you couldn't use because the waffles would stick even after being sprayed. The young girl at the front desk was taking care of the breakfast area also, but she was to busy with her cell phone to even check to see what was needed, other guest was come to have breakfast, only to turn around and leave.

It was a cheap hotel but could use updated

Room was musty smelling, ac unit rattled very loudly. People working had kids running around while they worked. Rooms need carpet changed, it was dingy and dark.

The staff was friendly; the hotel was clean inside and out, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows was awesome, the breakfast was good (could use some eggs and sausage) but it was a good breakfast. I liked the indoor pool also. The elevator was broken but it didn't bother me at all, I did see a few reviews of people complaining about the elevator being broken, all I can say to those people, get over it, and don't be so lazy!!!

Elevator was not operational and by the looks of the sign on the door it has been broken for some time. There was nothing in the lobby in the morning. They had a sign saying that it was the Health Departments fault because they didn't have anyone with a foodservice health card.... Pretty Lame...

Good value.

Quality Inn was a good value for what we needed. We only needed to be close to Louisville for 2 nights. The hotel was easily located and our room was clean, fresh, and had enough towels for us for two nights without having to ask for more. Breakfast was waffles, toast, or cereal due to the health department not allowing them to cook, but there was a waffle house and a cracker barrel nearby. The area seemed pretty safe.

This was the worst hotel stay in my life

This was honestly the worse place I ever stayed. Good things were the fridge was cold. It was not loud. I was glad to not hear everyone around us.

Everything! The room had a dirty washcloth in the floor when we walked in and there was urine on the toilet. I cleaned it all with disinfectant wipes. The hot water was barely warm. We had a jacuzzi room that was completely pointless with no hot water. The pool was closed and the room was musty smelling. We paid more for this room than what we are in FL in August.

I like that the room had plenty of plugs. The management was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the room had plenty of space.
