I liked how it was right off the exit.

It had a funky smell in the lobby/ halls. I got the king suite and ended up having to use the sofa pull out sleeper and the mattress was nothing but spring. So we put the cushions under it to give it some extra padding. Once we lifted up the spring mattress there was crumbs and dirt. I went down to the front desk and ask if I could get gloves or disinfectant wipes or something to clean it off but he said they didn’t have any of that and gave me some hand sanitizer wipes… what hotel doesn’t have gloves or cleaning wipes?? It was hard to sleep there and after a long day of traveling all we wanted to do was get some sleep since we didn’t check in till around 11pm and wish I would’ve booked elsewhere. The pool was nice and convenient location but not a good stay

Overall a very good hotel in a convenient location for the South Louisville, KY area.

Very nice breakfast and gathering area adjacent to the indoor pool. Nice workout area with decent equipment. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Plenty of outlets in the room, plus USB connections on the night stand. The staff was helpful and friendly on all shifts. The reception area was very clean and neat with comfortable seating. The snack area was accessible and stocked. Easy walking distance to a few nearby restaurants, or a quick 5 minute drive to several more restaurants. Easy access to the interstate or local primary roads, and service stations were in the same complex.

The room would have benefited from one easy chair, however, there were two decent chairs for the business desk in the room. Parking was a little limited, but sufficient.

Met the basic standards of Marriott - and I had a restful and quiet stay - which was needed.

Your staff was very friendly and very happy to help. They had nice and welcoming personalities - all of them. They were the high-point. The rooms are also very large and in pretty good shape - and for the money it was an extremely great value.

Not so much "did not like" - rather, some "issues" I just wanted to pass along. 1) the bathroom door would NOT shut... the bottom of the door caught on the floor and made it impossible to close - left a one foot gap. 2) the design of the faucet was ODD... when turning on the faucet slowly, the water hit the counter top - the faucet clearly is TOO far back - the water spigot should be OVER the drain ... instead it was pretty much over the basin edge where it met the counter top. 3) while my bed was made - it looked like it was pretty much just "tugged" up and tucked a little bit... my towels were not replenished... and some used towels were left on the shower floor. Wasn't "critical" ... just some feedback.

the property was clean

the shower didn’t work and they never were able to get it fixed. they were full so they weren’t able to move us so none of us were able to take showers. it was really a BIG inconvenience!!!!

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff and very good breakfast!

The hotel overall was very nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly at both check-in and breakfast. We requested a travel crib and it was already set up when we checked in. And the breakfast was very good!

While we were getting ready for bed, we got a call from the front desk telling us that the people in the room below us had apparently complained that our small children were running around and disturbing their sleep. The kids were not being particularly loud, though, so maybe the walls/floors are not as soundproof as they could be.

Great time in Louisville!

We made a quick stop in Louisville due to fatigue after traveling. This hotel was great! Very clean and economical, great breakfast, nice property. I would love to stay here again.

There was a discrepancy with Booking.com that was eventually straightened out. It took longer than it should have but was rectified. Not on the fault of the property, it was not their mistake.

The best pet friendly hotel ever! Lovely outdoor spaces, nice big carpeted rooms with plenty of space for a pet! I have a large German Shepherd Akita & he did great!

Quite nice hotel! My wife and I had a lovely stay while visiting Louisville. Breakfast was good and the location was safe and quiet.

Even though we were able to use the Wi-Fi on our phones, we couldn't use it on the TV. We called reception a couple of times and they said they didn't know how to fix it.

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. When they saw my husband had a cane, they moved him to handicap room on first floor.

Though we had a conf # to show them, they had no record of our reservation! Fortunately they had another room available that nite.
