The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast we had the morning we stayed was very good.

The bed was terrible and very hard, we could feel the boards underneath supporting whatever mattress was there. Woke up multiple times with back pain.

The property was clean for the most part.

The one thing I didn’t like was that the water pressure wasn’t the best, the curtains covered the air, and the curtains also didn’t block out the outside light.

No housekeeping service was done the whole 5-day stay. After 2 days I brought it to the staff's attention and asked that it be done and still was never done.

It was so dirty and the room smelled like they sprayed a ton of cologne to cover something. The power also went out and they didn’t tell us what happened at all. The pool was disgusting also.

The pool and hot tub was a nice touch and very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was pretty decent and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Was pretty quiet in the hallways.

The breakfast was mediocre. The carpets in the room were super stained and the beds are super stiff, like you can feel the springs.

Location and Customer service.

Cost was a bit high to me. Also the Room had to be switched because the other room was dirty. Blood or Fecal matter on the Comforter and other places. The Shower was wet as though someone just got out and wasn’t clean.

Breakfast was great. Very well attended to. Location was good and handy.

The mattress was a little hard and sheets didn't stay on too well due to loss of elastic but they were clean.

Breakfast was kind of poor, but expected. Location met our expectation. Jeremy was exceptional. He met every need and was very friendly!

Location on and off 69. Appreciated the use of a shuttle to the Hoozier Race Track and Casino.

We mistakenly made reservations for an accessable room not realizing this would be a handicap room. We did not care of the setup. Bathrooms need to have nightlights in them or a place one cold be plugged in. Breakfast did not have a good variety of cereal and the juice machine was not working. The Attendant was very helpful to everyone.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom honestly looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks - there was build up and hair on the toilet seat, the same can be said for the shower. There was great water pressure, but the shower head, walls and corners of the shower made my skin crawl. The same can be said for the walls and carpeting in the sleeping area. Most alarmingly, I stayed two nights and was not in my room often, however, both nights I returned home, there was toilet paper and urine in the toilet that someone forgot to flush.

We had a king suite. It was very big, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Good night sleep, very quiet.

No direct charging ports in the room. No ice or vending on second floor. Breakfast was adequate, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t describe it as “good.” Biscuits were hard as rocks🤪everything else was barely warm.

The staff I went to the store the power went out they didn’t have a back up generator so food went bad! The manager kept yelling at me I didn’t have a reservation inside of looking it up! She had really big eyes and kept yelling instead of being caring! I didn’t end up staying or getting my money back!

Check in was quick and easy, my room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was really good and had a good amount of options other than the juice machine being broken.

The only thing I would have changed would be for the hot tub to have been a little bit warmer but other than that everything was great.

Very friendly and efficient staff at check in and check out. Rooms were very clean, bathroom was immaculate, there were no weird smells anywhere. AC worked, bed was even more comfortable than my own. Lots of dining choices very close. I really don’t understand why people would rate this place poorly it was a great stay.

We only encountered 2 staff members that seemed the least bit interested in any type of customer service, I hope they can be recognized, very sweet young girl running the breakfast. Also the gentleman that checked us in, curly red hair, he was very nice, he knew that we were there mainly to swim & he informed us that the pool was down, he allowed us to go in the hot tub since the pool was down & he was very nice & helpful.

The lady present at the desk the time of our check out.. she was maybe the most unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel desk. She barely looked up from her phone games long enough to watch us walk all the way down to the pool area, which was locked, walked all the way back to the desk where without looking up she pointed to A paper saying the pool was closed. I explained to her that the gentleman that checked us in said the pool would be open at 8 am, after the chemicals have had enough time in the pool. She said she didn’t know what I was talking about but the pool couldn’t open till maintenance’s came in, and she didn’t know when that was. I asked if we could just use the hot tub as we had the night before. She said no that wasn’t allowed, that’s all she said, while playing games on her phone. At which point we went ahead & checked out & left. This was the only day I had off on spring break to let my daughter & her 2 friends that stayed with us hang out & swim. Not only could we not do that, but there was little to no kindness even about the situation. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The juice machine was broken. And basically the pool was broken.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The carpets could be updated or replaced, it was old and stained. Breakfast was hot and easy. Overall a great stay for one night while traveling.

The quantity and quality of the breakfast items were excellent. And the location right off the main lobby was great. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness center.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Very clean and loved the fresh out of the dryer smell of the bed linens. Discovered it was only 5 miles from the church that I attended a concert at,

Breakfast was not all that great. not sure how eggs were cooked. Maybe poached well done and had no flavor. Was disappointed there was no bacon or sausage,

Nice room clean & quiet

Breakfast was weak. Eggs & sausage were cold no bread to toast coffee was out.

Breakfast items could use improvement, a majority of the hot food wasn’t good.

Staff was friendly, even to a rowdy baseball team and parents. Staff was helpful and did what they good to help!

Mold in the shower. Broken drawer handles, small one elevator that was slow. Small areas to gather and my 9 year old daughter and I walked into two adults doing inappropriate activity in the hot tub. Short pool hours for a weekend. Air conditioner worked on and off and had blue tape on it with the word bad written on it.
