We always stay here if it's not booked up. This time, there was soft music on in the pool on Friday morning and a clean towel on the back of each lawn chair or chaise lounge. The last time I saw that was on our cruise last March. There were small touches in the pool area, too, that made it so nice for this workaholic on vaca. We also loved the wide open, bright hallways. There were illicit things going on in the parking lot of a hotel across the road when we stayed there 2 months ago, since this hotel was booked. This one has much better lighting outside and a location that makes it harder to have that happen, whereas the other one is back in a corner. When I asked where a good spot would be to park in conjunction to our room, as my husband likes to see our vehicles from the window, she was quick to point out that anywhere in the parking lot is under observation from her window and the many working cameras. Staff was johnny-on-the-spot with everything. Lastly, front desk at most hotels just reel off quickly pool and breakfast hours. When I did my usual pen grab to write it down, she pointed out that everything is listed on the room key folder. I have never seen that before and wonder why no one else has ever taken the time to do that for a guest. The breakfast area and outside sitting area in the back are also beautiful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Check in was at 3pm we got there at 340pm room wasn’t ready. Then they got it ready as we walked up to go in our room the housekeeper just came out I was concerned we had a room half cleaned like possibly no bed change. The mattress was bad in had a huge dip in center of it. Need to buy new mattress. They should have gave us a discount when room was not available at 340pm

Pet room was clean with no indication of previous pets. Room was close to grass for "going outside" for pets. Breakfast hours convenient. Bed was clean and comfortable. Hot water available for bathing.

Nice big rooms, quiet, comfy beds, full hot breakfast buffet included. Each room has a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Convenient location near I-69 with restaurants and shopping close by. Kristen at the front desk was great, friendly and hard working. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Anderson.

Not much to complain about at all. The guest laundry had a machine out of order. I found the bathtub/ shower a bit slippery. A little pricey but good value overall.

We really enjoyed the staff who served up breakfast. Food was great and having a staff member serve up hot eggs, sausage, and French toast added a nice touch. Most places, your cleaning up after others so you can have a clean counter to dish up your own food. Nice job Best Western. .

It seemed that everything was new and clean. Clean rooms, with large bottles of soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner hanging up (not the tiny ones). Great staff. Amazing breakfast, they even serve you. The beds are very comfortable. It was better priced than the surrounding hotels. I have stayed at two of the others and liked this one much better. Rushank at the front desk was personable, respectful, helpful and never made us wait for anything.

Location was good for us. Breakfast not too carb conscious. I enjoyed the omelette on the day it was available.

Pet friendly rooms were all ear stairs on the first floor and noise at night of people opening the side door and going up and down stairs was disturbing.

Very pleased with this hotel no complaints

I absolutely love the lady who worked front desk from May 9th and 10th while we was there. I forgot her name but she is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for the costumers. She made the stay great!

I wish the fitness area was open a little longer so when people who have kids can go in after they are sleeping or something.

How comfortable the beds were! Also how clean the room was, and friendly the staff was!

Breakfast line soo long with only one server tending to the whole kitchen. She had to stop and fill the juice and heat up more breakfast while the line kept getting longer. We were there for a volleyball tournament and had to be out the door soon, so a lot of the parents and players did not get to eat on time due to the delay delays with only one staff set ing for a large group of people.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and very comfortable. My sister and I also enjoyed the breakfast which there was a lot to chose from. The location was easy to get to and close to everything.

Breakfast could have been better

The breakfast provided gave several options including hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. The pool was clean and had good hours. The room was generally comfortable and the climate control was easy to operate.

There were dirty underwear hanging in the closet! It would have been nice to have USB charging ports either at the desk or the bedside table.
