No remote , no phone to call office , dirty shower , 1wash cloth , dirty bathmat and towels , they started knocking on the door at 10:30am 4 different people just rude as hell , banging on the door constantly.

The air was nice and cold.

The top lock on the door was broken. The mattress is not comfortable at all. There is only 2 electrical outlets in the entire room and bathroom. Shower only. Loud people that I’m assuming live there. A car came in after 8pm with their music blaring and when I contacted the hotel manager I was told that they couldn’t make them turn it down until after 10pm.

Let me know that the room I was staying in was $350 and not $250 a week. And why are you charging a $30 fee to move rooms?

The staff at the front desk was the only thing I liked.

The room has roaches, the microwave did not work, the whole overall room was in poor condition. Walked right back to the front desk and asked for a refund.

it was unsafe. homeless people around the property. didnt feel my car was safe there. room was very small and not at all like the photos. i didnt stay the entire night. complained to staff they didnt care. all they want is your money and give only 5 minutes grace time from checking in to change your mind. total rip off. needs to be shut down

Nothing about this hotel is good

Everything about this hotel is horrible I'm talking down to dirtiness to bugs those sheets are dingy the hotel owner is rude harms crossed just rude the staff is rude I asked about a room even from the cleaning lady she was rude I mean I have a service dog and I'd already paid up for my couple of days and then they wanted me to pay for my service dog Indiana for deposit or a pay for your service dog at all because it's not an animal it's not a pet and they didn't even care to look at my paperwork they didn't care and you're not supposed to ask for it anyways but I was willing to give it to them and they were going to throw me out without a refund if I didn't pay my pet deposit which I when I made my reservations I told him I had a service animal with me and they didn't have me pay when I checked in they waited till I got up got comfortable and paid and then they want to kick me out after I already got up there and got comfortable and paid my money they were horrible I mean I cried I cried I cried I cried cuz that was all the money I had left that was the money I was saving for our food mine and my dog mine of my service animals food and then they go and take it from me but the only thing I have weed and drink the whole time I was there or eat because of these people and they didn't care they did not care what one little bit and they just give you snobby looks when you go outside to walk the dog or whatever and they just they're just so rude and the place is so nasty I don't recommend nobody staying here ever in life and I'm going to do all I can to see that they get punished for what they've done they said that they didn't want to look at my paperwork that they pretty much are above the law they said well who told you that your dog will be free everybody that does anything about the Ada I mean they won't look at no esa letter no nothing they did not care they just gave me snotty dirty looks I mean I...
