This place is run down. It was dirty everywhere. Just gross

Close to a lot of stores. Kitchenette was nice.

Our room wasn’t thoroughly clean. Toilet kept getting clogged.. hallway smell like smoke, dirty, and out dated, the 3rd night the smell of smoke and marijuana was coming through our door.. loud in the morning.

I liked that it had a small kitchen and a normal refrigerator, that's what I wanted.

I was disappointed that I paid for breakfast but it was not offered, except for coffee. Poor cleanliness, a lot of dust and insufficient basic amenities in the bathroom.

There's a pool on the property.

All staff isn't educated on the pool. They should know wearing anything other than swimwear damages the pool water.

The location, the size room and bathroom very spacious. Gives timeshare vibes.

The sheets had a ton of hair on the first night. We requested new sheets. When picking up the new sheets we asked what time was breakfast and the attendant said oh we don't serve breakfast. My wife said oh our reservation says breakfast included. The attendant said no it doesn’t. This was a natural disappointment because how are you going to tell us what our receipt says without looking at it. We booked based on the fact that there was breakfast included. We were told they give juice and muffins which was plenty, said the attendant. The floors were dirty and had not been swept. When we complained they said oh we only clean once a week. Also asked why were didn’t want to move. The fear is all rooms are the same. Every towel received also had hair on them. Towels were not brought to the room, the front desk had them and if you needed them you had to pick them up and give your used towels back. Trash in the hallway because it is an extended stay and people live there. Housekeeping wasn’t doing much keeping. The elevator was dirty, the lobby dirty and the lobby restroom was dirty. The pool was broken 3 of the 4 days we were there. The last day we were there the jacuzzi was still broken. The manager’s manager (Kate which is how she introduced herself) told us it cost to keep maintenance up as if folks stay for free. She also explained that this was a cheaper hotel! Mainstay Suites has always been a nice hotel, this was is independently owned. Lock in the room was broken, blinds were dirty as well. Overall this was a very poor experience. Only given them some point because of location. Horrible experience.

Location was convenient.

This was an uncomfortable mix of characters that were obviously living and not just staying here. Had a petite woman with two strong aggressive breed dogs run into my daughters walking into the building. Luckily she was able to pull them back before they could get to the kids. The door also would not close/lock well. Woke up with the door open and latched only by the top slide safety lock, creepy...

It had everything you need.

Nothing was clean, the staff was rude, and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The lady at the front counter was incredibly rude at check in. She was rude to everyone who was standing in line. Didn’t act like she wanted to help or even be there. The hot tub was dirty. It didn’t look like I had been cleaned in a while. Very gross murky water. There were stains all over the bed and curtains. The A/C barely worked.

Location was convenient for my conference and easy to get back on I-55 to get home.

I booked the hotel based on price, location, and the fact that it said it offered breakfast (on Booking.com) however when I arrived I was told they did not offer breakfast. That was disappointing because I would not have booked a hotel without breakfast. The room was fine. The top cover of the bed did not appear very clean but I just removed it and the comforter seemed fine and the bed was comfortable enough. The very bright blue light on the microwave for me was distracting to sleep with and I was unable to find anything in my room to cover it. Probably the most frustrating was a dog on the second floor that was frequently barking (10pm). I came out of my room to find two women also complaining of the dog and saw one women knock on the door where the dog was barking with no answer. From my room (at least 6 rooms down) it sounded like the dog was in the hallway. Made it very difficulty to fall asleep. The manager, Victor, I spoke to in the morning was very nice and helpful and explained that they have contacted Booking.com multiple times to change the fact that they do not offer breakfast anymore and planned to contact them again and provide a discount on my room charge.

The staff Marisa, Michelle, Jay, Raechel and GM, Bobby were amazing & maintenance guy, Jose and housekeeper, Lily were more than amazing as we were there for a couple months waiting to move into our house and it made us feel like family and always made sure we had what we needed. I cannot Thank them enough!

The only problem I had, Always with the upper management, Kate Who also is management of the hotel next-door at best Western, who Threaten me and my kids to leave because he complained about a couple things that need to be brought to their attention so they can fix it for not only me but future guests. She literally said she wasn’t excepting my money anymore and told me to leave of course I did it because there is no legal reason for me to but someone like that should not be in upper management & Should never treat us like that.. it was unbelievable!! any guest should have the free right to either willfully email and let them know their concerns or complaints without being threatened to leave I have never experienced anything like that in my life.

It was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, puppy friendly, no complaints.

The non-smoking rooms had a strange musty/wet odor, the curtains had some kind of mildew/wetness on the bottom edge where they hung over the very noisy swamp cooler. The floors looked clean but were actually dirty- as soon as I walked barefoot all kinds of dirt and little bits of whatever stuck to my feet. The bathroom was your basic hotel bathroom but with very little soap/shampoo provided, the shower head was rusting and needs to be replaced as does the ineffective shower curtain that seems to have somehow melted along the top edge shrinking it and making it too short for the space. The ceiling paint above the shower is bubbling and peeling. The room doors didn’t close fully on their own so you had to give an extra pull to close them securely. The sheets were cheap “microfiber” (aka polyester) and there were no *working* outlets available on or near the only provided nightstand so we had to pull the other bed out in order to access the power strip they were using to plug in the lamp in order to plug in a medical device. Kids enjoyed the pool but no towels were available and we had to request them from the front desk which at one point they didn’t even have any. The front desk did agree to drop the price of our stay on our 2nd room owing to that the lock was malfunctioning and did not lock at all. The front desk person was very courteous and explained maintenance had been working in that room prior to our arrival and disengaged the lock and must have forgot to re-engage it before leaving, but that didn’t make sense because prior to our last day the lock was engaged and we were unable to access the room w/o using the key so something is up with 314’s lock.

Breakfast was so so but a step up from just muffins.

Cleanliness

They ran out of breakfast and didn’t refill @only 8AM. They shut juice/water machine down when should be on all day. The pancake machine was great and VERY clean dining- kitchen area as well:)

Lamp shades were Filthy/stained with what looked like almost blood/dirt stains & quilts had HUGE holes and also stains on them. I got a new one @front desk & when got back to my room saw it had even a Bigger Hole in bed quilt.. I don’t like they have no other blankets to offer but only a worn down quilt cover to go with 1 thin white sheet. Pillows are VERY comfy though but small

Did not eat the breakfast..location was ok.

Booked king with sleeper sofa but only a king in room. Rollaway brought in very uncomfortable. No towels at pool.
