Good budget friendly motel

The staff were friendly. When I first arrived I was skeptical but the room was clean and everything in working order. The free breakfast is ok. I just had oatmeal and coffee but there are other options. I didn't notice a lot of noise at night and it is close to the freeway.

I don't have any complaints but if you are looking for a place with a lot of amenities probably not it.

Great value, especially for the Bay Area on a Friday night.

I just needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay the night and it satisfied every need I had for the evening. Breakfast in the morning was a nice extra bonus.

We needed to move our arrival one day. Booking.com was a problem and of no help. They spiked the price. Called the motel direct. very friendly and accomodating. They said no problem. Same price.

I already suggested this thing about the housekeeper . Check in the front desk first which customer or room has a LATE CHECKOUT INSTEAD KNOCKING ON THE DOOR. If they do know who will check out late , then there is no reason for them to knock unless the customer stay longer than the given time then they can knock on the door . I do hope that they will make this a habit of checking at the front desk who asked for late checkout .

Definitely a good deal

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Free parking. Breakfast was good, especially the sausages. Good variety of options. Easy on/off from freeway, but you didn’t get too much of the freeway noise.

It’s a non-smoking property and twice we walked through different patrons outside smoking near the entrance doors.

Rooms are clean & updated with comfortable bedding. Rooms have a mini fridge, Coffee maker & microwave. In addition, a full breakfast is included. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay for the price. Great value!

I have stayed in many hotels recently, and the Quality Inn blew me away with its cleanliness, cable system a human can figure out, and the beautiful breakfast. Top value for dollar.

I hate getting stuck going through booking middle-men, and it was hard to get to the direct booking. Not even sure I did.

Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to other food and stores. Easy to get back on the road.

It was my fault , i accidentally burn my food and before i check out i even use the microwave, it was working and they charge me without at least let me know before they charge me , it was accident n i was taking shower when it happened n i did told one of the cleaner before i check out that i did burn my food .Im a frequent customer n i love the staff but they charge me $250. Is there a way to waive or lower those penalty i should say.

Nicely laid out with separate blocks, handy for the freeway with plenty of places to get food nearby. We’d been traveling for a while so appreciated having a laundry on site.

Good location for our activities. Quiet and safe area. Friendly staff. Nice comfortable king size bed. Large spacious room with a couch. Good light blocking curtains. Tge separate counter for microwave and coffee was wonderful. A/C and heat wasn't too noisy, plus it cooled or warmer our room quickly. Jetted tub was nice.

Toliet was wobbly, needs tighten to the floor. Refrigerator was extra small, and it made a buzzing noise so we wore earplugs while sleeping. Some jets on the tub didn't work.
