The entire stay was disgusting and traumatizing.

The lady who worked the evening shift was very nice.

We arrived at night, exhausted. The first room had only handicapped parking nearby, and we had a lot of luggage to bring inside. It was pouring rain. I went back to the office and requested a room with parking near the door to our room. The second room was dirty. There were pubic hairs and a very large dirty spot on the bed. I went back to the office and requested a clean room. The 3rd room had no towels, and no toilet paper. I called the office and the lady brought these items. The room was dirty. There was a beer cap, and bugs on the floor, dirty toilet and bathtub, sticky desk top, hairs on my son’s bed, my bed smelled, and my skin was itchy and got bumps from sleeping in that bed. My son was so disgusted that he slept in the car. The heat was blasting and when I turned it off it still blasted through the fan and it was sweltering hot. I had to open the door to let cold air inside to cool the room. The bathroom light worked sporadically and I had to turn it off and on to get the light to work. There was no shampoo. When I made the booking it stated that breakfast was included, but there is no breakfast. There was no fridge. There was no Internet or cell service in the room. The entire stay was disgusting and traumatizing. I request a full refund.

There were roaches everywhere. We left after a few hours. The front desk clerk even said they had recently sprayed one side of the hotel because the problem was so bad but they had not done the building we were in. It was disgusting.

They should charge $50 a night that’s all it’s worth

At first I liked it bc it was inexpensive. But after staying there and finding other motels that are much nicer and cleaner for the same price, I felt taken advantage of.

It hasn’t been updated or remodeled in decades. The rooms seem like they don’t ever get cleaned, especially the filthy floors. It seems they don’t vacuum sweep or mop . I’ve stayed in a few different rooms. They give only 2 pillows, no comforter on the bed and a roach was crawling around in my sheets. They have a huge roach issue !

You get what you get for the price.

Location for the purpose of our trip was very convenient. We were there for one reason and that was to visit the Lagunitas Brewery and Taproom. It’s literally a 5 min walk from there so it was perfect location for responsible drinking. It’s across from dollar tree so we were able to buy essentials from there like shampoo, conditioner, disinfecting wipes, air disinfectant, etc. Customer service from the front desk was good. She was very helpful with the early check in which was possible (not guaranteed). Parking available. Good price for a motel.

The smell of the room…it just smelled like smoke and wet? I believe it’s the air conditioning that smells. The room could be much cleaner. This used to be a Motel 6 and we stayed here before. Compare to our Motel 6 stay in true honesty the maintenance of the place has gone down. Not sure if they are remodeling or not but they need to do something about the look and quality of the building and the room maintenance.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life and I am 52 years old and have stayed in some questionable hotels in the past.

Did not end up staying there the room was full of cockroaches and most likely bedbugs. Had to book another hotel room for the night. I am waiting to hear back from booking customer service about a full refund. If not, I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

The front desk staff was nice but the manager Amanda Right? was agressive, careless and incosiderate for her job and the guests as she was drunk on the job. She abused not only us but other guests also. The property was filthy infested with roaches, no fridge, no microwave,AC smelled, garbage under and around the bed. We had no choice of relocating due to our plans, we had to buy stuff to clean the room ourselves. The sewage stench came from the drainage system into our room. The pool was a swamp...ENTIRELY DEVASTATING EXPERIENCE. IT WAS NOT SUPER 8. IT WAS SEWAGE 8. RENT AT YOU OWN RISK.

There were winged insects in the room, there was NO blanket nor bedspread on my bed - just a bottom and top sheet, the tub/shower was rusted and stained, the occupants in a room upstairs was moving furniture/slamming the floor at 1:30a - and the BEST part - the sign for the Motel changes at night from Super 8 to Perk-up! awe drove by the Hotel 4x before we realized it at midnight and GPS a did not recognize the address. A TOTAL DUMP!!!!!!

Nice staff, EZ location.

No microwave or fridge in room as shown. Reservation was for 2 queen beds but, it was 2 full beds. Tub had rust in bottom. 1 bar of soap for 4 people. Flashing lights in bathroom. No breakfast as advertised. Pool was not available/working. Sewage smell outside. The lower price was not an acceptable excuse when the missing features were not revealed before booking.

Not so much to brag about. Pictures on the website very nice. In actuality wow so bad.

What I didn't like was the fact that the staff openly conversation about the rooms and one that had bugs cockroaches. Well, the first room we went to was handicap accessible, but the room was filthy with no bedding on either bed. So off they went in search of another room because they weren't sure which rooms we're occupied which one had handicap amenities and which ones had cockroaches. Our room had cockroaches. We left.

Room had not been painted-- all white but old chipped paint, floor had spots, maybe paint? bed had blanket and sheets, no cover. But it was clean overall.

Bathtub had debris in it -didnt use. Floor had spots like blood or paint dropped. No cover for bed, as in advertising pics, just sheet and blanket. We stayed here before and this was not a usual room. Although we were told we could ask for another room, if they had another room this one should not have been in service.

This hotel was good in that it let us check in late. It was a no stay over hotel which I didn’t understand so that’s my bad. But I did come down to ask for towels and the clerk was not able to give them or bring them. She seemed frazzled and unable to assist anyone and may have needed more help. This hotel is very basic and doesn’t offer any frills. Good for a one night late night stay when passing through. The facility was clean. Near a Starbucks and a couple other places but it’s located in a business park area. For the price tag, It’s a budget hotel that meets the expectations.

The whole experience was bad from check-in to check-out.

I was charged at property because the front desk staff couldn't find my Booking reservation. The property is under remodeled and we had to switch our room 3 times. The room was dirty, there was no remote for the tv, there were blood stains on the bathroom door, no shampoo/conditioner. This was the worse experience.
