Our family had a very nice week stay at Home 2 Suites. The service was excellent. The room was beyond our expectations, and the breakfast was a great start for the day for our family. Overall, a very wonderful experience at Home 2 Suites in Petaluma! Thanks to the staff and to Hilton for making our stay so memorable.

Honestly, the room was a lovely surprise. Not just plenty of useable space, but chock-full of amenities (even a dishwasher in the room and washer/dryer in the lobby). Lots of well-behaved dogs coming and going, conveniently located near a freeway exit, but soundproof. We will stay there again.

The room was amazing. Loved the microwave and kitchen set up. Loved the design of the room with the open cabinetry making it so easy to unpack and find your things. The room was very roomy & spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous. The only problem I had, was that there was a family staying on the upper story above me and the kids were running and jumping constantly. I could not get any rest or relaxation due to the constant jumping and sound of running footsteps all evening & morning. Other than that issue, everything was perfect. Thank you.

As parents of a 9yo and 2 under 2 this was one of the best experiences ever. I was really thankful for the studio set up as wash bottles and sippy cups was so much easier with a sink. The breakfast options were amazing and the staff was friendly. I look forward to our next stay!

Everything but most of all the cleanliness of the room and friendly staff. Breakfast is not too inviting, it's just ok. Special mention to Brian and Chris for an outstanding customer service. I have been to many Hilton Hotel most of front desk peeps are not friendly and helpful. Not like Brian and Chris. They make us welcome and cared while we are staying at the hotel.

The hotel was in good condition, but we had an issue with one of the rooms regarding a significant amount of pet dander. I understand the hotel is pet friendly and we have stayed in such places before without issue. It let us to believe it wa a sanitary issue with the sheets / comforter. And despite bringing it to the attention of the hotel (and later hotels.com) no one really remedied the situation. It was frustrating as it offset the next days work day and the hotel has a plaque guaranteeing the stay.
