The actual staff like the people who clean, do the laundry and make the breakfast. All of them very friendly very helpful and very nice. Breads was delicious!
Only thing we didn’t like was the front desk service was not as nice. She was a manager so maybe she was just very busy.

I love how nice the rooms are with the bay windows, and the beds and fluffy pillows are great too. Breakfast is my absolute #1 favorite part tho.
Nothing to not like except I'm not sure but I think u have to pay to bring dogs I don't like to pay to bring my fur babies but I understand in case they ruin or chew things they got to cover the damages. So I really don't dislike anything I guess then A+

Great location for our needs.
Beds were extremely soft, too soft and the bed frames were both very squeaky

We arrived earlier than expected but since our room was ready, we were allowed to check in.
My son went out early to the gym across the hotel. When he returned to enter his room, he could not get in with his key card. He went down stair to the desk to get a replacement card but there was no one at the desk. He waited over 30 minutes, but no one showed up. we were in Visalia for a family funeral and he needed to get to his room to change for the 9:30 service. Thanks to the lady that works in the breakfast area, my son was finally able to get to his room and change for the funeral service.
