Overall - it is a pretty good stay for the money - or if you have a pet.... The trees and the grass give it a nice Disney sort of vibe - There is a lot of construction and room renovation going on - so if you are sound sensitive - you might wait til 2026

They are in middle of renovation, however, the later half that is not remodeled is OLD, ‘dirty’ from decades of guests and basic maintenance,cleaning.
The bathroom vanity was literally coming off the wall, only window was a small bathroom window- the sliding door in the front had no screen let alone a SECURE way to open for fresh air ( why a sliding door instead of a window????) , bed was super lumpy, NO TV channels because of antenna TV, and to top it off, a random late night knock on the door from a wandering, less-savory individual requesting the WiFi password ( he was definitely trying to get me to open the door).
Their renovated rooms look nice but to pay $*** night for decades-old, PLAIN, dirty room makes me consider a nice, well-known hotel next time.
