The staff was the best!Super nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location and view of downtown Little Rock was amazing.
The parking garage was scary. Needs cameras and lighting. Some of the lights were out in the hallways and only had one working ice machine.

the breakfast changed to bagels and or toast and juice and coffee. It used to have sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy. But the value of the hotel was still worth staying. This wasn't a deterrent, just a difference.

I didn't even get to stay. My reservation was cancelled at the last second due to the hotel being closed (for renovation or something). Thankfully I was able to book another hotel, nor was I charged...so it was a minor inconvenience. I had stayed at this place before, and it was fine, so I am willing to give it another shot in the future.
