The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our main contact was with Rhaka (?). She was great.

Air conditioning was quiet and comfortable. Bed was excellent. Room was clean.
Elevator was slow and doors did not close correctly on one failed attempt. We used the stairs after that. Drain in bathtub didn’t drain until we pulled the stopper out, at the front desks suggestion.

Room was not clean and in need of repair. Plaster falling off the ceiling, shower plumbing pulling out of the wall.
