    It was a great location, surrounded by great shops. However, the room needs remodeling. The windows framing was rotted and dirty, the bathroom tub was chipped. For a handicap unit, I would prefer a shower.

    The staff was entirely patient + accommodating with my check-in and quickly getting me into a clean, comfortable room after a long day!! Breakfast is simple, but grateful that it was included with my booking. Perfect location across from several shopping centers + restaurants as well!! Go for it!! 🙌🏼

    We definitely didn't have a good experience at the Hyatt. We waited over 3 hours for our room to be ready along with 30 plus other people. None of the rooms were ready. They continued to tell us 30 more minutes for over 3 hours. The staff was not friendly and didn't do anything to speed up the process. At one point KeKE and the manager stood in the hallway for 20 minutes complaining about the customers in the lobby and cussing about them. It was so unprofessional. We tried taking our kids to the pool to pass the time but the pool was struggling and just looked nasty. We will never be back.
