The front desk staff at check in were nice. 2 younger men were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Also nice sized. Property was clean.

The breakfast was the only downfall. It was not very good. But that's not a deal breaker 🤷‍♀️

Our room was a 5th floor king room. It had laminate flooring and a sofa. The room was extremely clean and the shower was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. While we were eating we witnessed the person and the front desk explain the something to a customer multiple times that was honestly not that difficult to understand but the man kept asking questions and the desk clerk stayed very respectful and calm the entire time and was finally able to satisfy the gentleman. I was very impressed with how he handled himself because I was getting frustrated for him.

Close to the mall and you can walk to eat

The room was hot, we could not get the room to cool down, we ended up buying a box fan, which helped a little bit and the electricity is poorly done. Whenever I would dry my hair the lights would flicker. And one of the night stand lights was extremely dim.

I stayed here before, and I was always pleased with my room. Not so much, this time around. This is a great location; you have access to shopping and dining, and it's all within walking distance. The staff is always friendly. It's a quiet area. Jason's Deli is a great restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat if you missed the complimentary breakfast. My partner and I wanted to check out the new restaurant Cooper's Hawk, but the wait without a reservation was 40 minutes, so we ended up somewhere else. Although we got a high floor as requested at booking, I did not get the view of the main road; instead, I had the view of the Barnes & Noble parking lot. There was no phone, no towels. I was assured at check-in that my room had a walk-in shower, which was important to me; instead, it had a tub. Later, we discovered that the shower head leaked. I did get the towels and an apology from the young lady at the front desk, which I appreciated. She also assured me that not having a phone in the room was unusual. It was late, and it appeared she was the only staff on shift at the time, so there wasn't much she could have done about this matter.
