The person that check me in was great and polite.

There was a bad smell in the hallways, as though the carpets may need to be deep cleaned. The couch in the room seemed unclean.

Convenient to where we needed to be for the weekend, price was better than other hotels around

Property was great.

The beds were comfortable and we were glad that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. As we entered and left we would say hello and goodbye but usually did not get a reply from the staff. we were basically ignored. Our room was supposed to be accessible but there was a tub and the seat that goes inside the tub was sort of a mess like it had been on fire and melted. I am glad that they were bars to hold onto, but a true accessible hotel room would’ve had a walk-in shower not a tub. In our bathroom the paint was peeling off of all of the walls and there was a smell as soon as you got off of the elevator that you could smell throughout the hallway. There always seemed to be sign that there was cleaning going on but you never saw anyone actually cleaning. And it was near the hall door.
