Hard Pillows but Great Location

Location was great, Breakfast was average, I could not eat anything because I can only eat protein and NO eggs, not even hard-boiled eggs available. Coffee was great.

The beds are the WORST beds we’ve ever slept in. The road would’ve been more comfortable! The carpets in the hallways would barely allow us to use a luggage cart because they were pulling away from the floors. The “free” breakfast was a joke.

The location of the hotel and the customer service that is all that was good about this hotel. Being a Wyndham hotel i expected a little me. To me this was like staying at a motel 6

A/c didnt work right, volume for the tv could only go to 15, there was a really big hole in the floor hallway on the 3rd floor i almost fell, breakfast was a joke, bed was so hard i got up with a really bad back pain. I will not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

My day was OK. I realize it’s a budget property. But it definitely could’ve been better in many ways

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Mina and Monica in particular did a great job. Lots of part-time people I assume. They were all helpful.

Having stayed at a Microtel previously, I expected more. The property is shabby. The hallway carpeting is filthy. There is a stack of new beds in the dining area. The phone did not work in the room. This property needs a thorough update!

Exceptional front desk staff- she was so helpful and accommodating Good breakfast- pancake maker was a hit with my children! Clean and comfortable rooms Good size pool Gym ok- treadmill wasn’t working but cross trainer was.

The property was in a good location, close to restaurants and other amenities.

The hotel seems to be a druggie hangout. Upon arriving, there was a construction crew very drunk and smoking weed in the parking lot (nothing against it, the smell gives me a headache though). The second or third night of being there, we pulled into the parking lot to enter the building and parked. When exiting the vehicle, the vehicle next to us was scrambling to put away their heroin and cocaine before being seen! We did later see them inside the hotel going to their room, very disoriented. The room was clean upon arrival, and the staff did a great job of switching out towels and such; however, the sheets were never changed despite there being visible marks on them from our stay. The breakfast buffet was nice and convenient to use, but I do wish there was some kind of meat involved.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The price was cheap but the hotel isn’t being taken care of! It’s kind of run down.

The price was decent and in a good location.

We arrived late and had dirty sheets on the bed, we did get new ones but we had to go get them. The air conditioner wouldn’t cool off the room so it stayed warm, there was hardly enough soap, shampoo, and conditioner for one person much less 4 people. There’s a deep soft spot in the floor when you’re walking down the hallway on the third floor, and the vending machines don’t work. The breakfast choices were very slim, definitely not a great place for breakfast.
