I left the hotel and slept in my car instead, that is how gross the hotel was and how i felt inside

NOTHING this place was disgusting, and considering I stated at two very nice hotels earlier in the week for the same cost, I dont understand why you book rooms in this garbage dump.

Reception staff were nice

Where do i begin… the place unfortunately is full with questionable people to be honest we didn’t feel safe… our kitchen stove was broken and the only reason we took this place was to be able to have a home cooked meal while on the road. It smells cigarettes so much it was hard to breathe in the corridors.

When we walked in another guest is complaining of vermin of some sort. Explaining how he had to sleep with lights on in order to keep them away. The staff thought it was best to remove him from our earshot to keep us from hearing. Come to find out his room was 2 doors down from ours. The long term tenants look suspect.

The room was a mess. There was pee stains all over the bed stains everywhere under both bed were full of trash. Itchy the entire night Plus you guys kept my deposit when i cleaned the entire room before checkout

The place is drug filled and dirty.

The place is full of drug addicts and homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. The front desk staff played loud rap music all day and night and were on personal phone calls while guests waited to be check In/out. Stay away this place is a joke….

Read above, this place is no good, dirty sheets, horrible service and my wife was told the people I. The stairwell sleeping didn’t require Payment. The manager was also on drugs and we saw him selling drugs I. The parking lot. Stay away.

Overall it was good

I loved all the staff they were amazing except for one name Brittney very rude n had a couple confrontations with her had no care who u we’re r how long u had been staying there after working a 24 hr shift she bang my door down n theatened to kick me out if I think hi they’re n then to sign a paper so I can extend she’s rude she’s heartless n does not care about quest

Very bad experience with front desk staff her name is Brittney she’s the only complaint I have about this place all other staff was incredible especially Tanisha n her manager Tanisha is very beautiful kind n always happy will do anything to help anyone we loved her n all others except for Brittney

Location, spacious room.

Checking in was a disaster. Took a long time, sent to a room with a damaged door, unable to be used. Came back down to be reassigned another room (but wasn't sure which other rooms were cleaned and available?). Eventually, got resolved and enjoyed out stay for the purpose of being in the Denver area. But will rethink out return next time.

The close proximity to our Dr appointment.

The room was next to the front desk and the people outside the room were loud until 12 am. The dishes left inside the dishwasher were dirty so I ran the load again, but the dishwasher was broke! Breakfast was supposed to be served, we didn’t get it. There were supplies to make coffee, no coffee pot in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bathtub was too high for a handicap assessable room and there was no remote for the TV. The man at the front desk was not pleasant to talk to.

Do not stay here!

The only thing I liked about our stay was the location and convenience to local restaurants and activities.

Safety: Communication between housekeeping and front desk so keys aren't given to rooms that people are still in. When we checked in, we were given a key to a room someone was still in, on our last night someone was given our room key. When we went to front desk about this, they didn't even have us checked in! Hotel: Monitor Types of folks allowed to stay that do not warrant police presence constantly. Guests: Use the locks when in room and do not leave valuables in room! Cleanliness: Lobby was always dirty and in disarray. Towels in room were yellow stained with black marks all over them. Throw away these towels instead of "washing" them and giving them back to guests. Comfort: Even though it said breakfast was included in price, I was told upon check in that they no longer did breakfast only a coffee stay which, from the looks of it, I did not trust drinking from. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Other guests were making loud noises at 3am in the morning. No matter what we put the thermostat on the room was hot. Thank goodness we could open a window! On our last day, as we were leaving, police were coming up the stairwell. I wanted out. I would have left the 1st day if not for my money being non-refundable. I did not feel safe even though the area around the hotel is fine.

Don't do it

The hotel was close to ikea.

We arrived for check in after driving 5 hours. There were people loitering around the outside of the property warning us our car would get stolen. After checking in we hauled our luggage upstairs to our room that had dirty bed linens, used floss on the bathroom counter and dirty towels on the floor. We had to carry all of our items back to the front desk and received a new room where there was pot smoke all over the hallway and we could hardly breathe. I slept with a chair in front of the door fearing my safety.

Joy and Jay are truly wonderful people. They were beyond helpful, accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me with the stay, the room and our service animal. I can not praise the two of them enough! Very thankful and happy to have found MainStay. Great hotel and staff.
