I was genuinely welcomed warmly by the front desk and checked in easily a little early by the great staff there. The room was very clean and comfortable with very good bed and bedding, mini fridge, microwave, workstation desk area, and flatscreen TV with 37 cable channels so I could watch the World Cup soccer. The breakfast is very good though the biscuits and gravy were cold, but the scrambled eggs, coffee, juices and cereal sufficed. The indoor pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. Easy freeway access and plenty of shopping and restaurants all around.

My first impression of the room was a slight stench of animal dander. Then one look at the couch and it was covered in animal hair. Disgusting. Thankfully the rest of the room was clean. Some holes and stains on sheets and towels. The internet was very spotty. TV streaming would stop and buffer every half hour. There were men outside my window in a truck with loud music, drinking cases and cases of beer and being rowdy. I called the office 3 times before they called the police and they finally stopped at 10:30 pm. Breakfast was fine. Customer service very cordial. Room is very spacious with mini fridge, desks etc. Location is amazing.

The stay was OK, but some amenities were not well (or at all) maintained. In particular, the men's restroom for the downstairs pool & conference room was beyond unsanitary... feces on the floor, walls, and a clear biohazard. When I addressed to the front desk they responded "Oh, yeah, it should have been locked." I overheard them speaking over the phone to janitorial who indicated they'd "get to it tomorrow," and the front desk indicated the restroom had been in that condition for multiple days. Our room also did not have shampoo provided (until I asked and picked it up myself), and there were no towels available in the pool area, despite having a clearly designated area for towels. Bright spots included the breakfast, pool, and hot tub, which were all quite nice. Unlikely to stay again without some adequate explanation of the above oversights.

A few years ago, the same lady at the front desk kicked me out because I was a drug addict then. Then today when she saw me, she literally came to my room within the next 1015 minutes accusing me of people complaining saying that I’m smoking. And I asked her who was saying this that she could not tell me for their safety insinuating like I’m some kind of thug. And then the manager comes in and I’m trying to explain the situation and he can’t even make eye contact with me and get upset when I mention that and tells me the go outside, which I was. On my way out, I told him I’m gonna sue them to the full extent and he told me that you kind of people don’t have money. And then he calls the cops as I’m walking away and tells the cops that I threatened him and he told the cops why do you leave me here with these people making me sound like I’m some kind of animal. Definitely stay away from this place if you can at all cost if you can. And I will do what I have to do to make sure they can’t keep doing this to people just because they had a past.
