This establishment is a disgrace to the Hyatt brand, we stayed here thinking it would be nice...no it was not the room was infested with ants located in the bathroom and kitchen. Mangement is horrible they do not disclose any additonal charges, they grossly overcharged our card for items purchased in their little store extremely overpriced, for the duration of our stay the incidental was $30 which it has not been returned yet and then they decided to charge $50 when asked the reasoning we were told it was due to the booking site and it took effect a month ago then the answer changed to its the season change and this coming from management please do not lie about additional charges that you have no right to be adding. I will never stay at this hotel and do not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to lose money and be treated with disrespect. This facility with the exception of three members of staff need to be retrained in Guest Relations and Interactions. Never stay here please do not waste your money there are many better places to stay.
