Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

The check-in experience was wonderful - champagne and fresh baked cookies. Breakfast was also very nice.

We booked a two room suite, but the occupant of one bedroom had to pass through the other bedroom in order to acccess the bathroom. The bathroom could have benefited from a deep cleaning.

A very pleasant stay punctuated with a brilliant breakfast. Staff is very accommodating.

The rooms are well appointed , warm and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with table service and delicious choices to placte my families much varied diet requirements!!!! We had booked rather unexpectedly at the last minute, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us into an ADA room even though we had not pre -arranged for that. Most gracious.

Charming Stay with Outstanding Comfort and Warm Hospitality

Such a beautiful and cozy property that immediately makes you feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast is excellent, so make sure to set aside some time each morning to truly enjoy it! All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property consists of two charming houses next to each other, both very well maintained. We stayed in the Executive Suite with Spa Bath, and the bed was simply amazing, I slept better than anywhere else! The room itself was gorgeous and perfectly designed for a relaxing stay.

Loved the Victorian house. Breakfast was very good and home made to order. Staff was nice.

Bathroom had a claw tub with shower curtain. Very small but I guess expected with an old home. Carpet in room was old and not clean. Very limited hours to check in and help get luggage up the stairs.

Lovely and accommodating staff in a “worn” Inn

Looking for an antique house with old style charm and no high end upgrades? This is your Inn. Breakfast is fantastic. Public areas are well maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean. The beds and bedding are good.

If you expect an antique inn that has been upgraded, choose somewhere else. The guest rooms could use much more maintenance work. To call it a “Hotel & Spa” is false advertising. There is no spa. The bathtubs are soakers, not jetted. Some of the photos are no longer representative of the offerings. Be aware that the quirky Turret Room is not in the best condition — bathroom ok but hot water in short supply and the bathroom window is broken and the door is a piece of wood that sticks and doesn’t lock. And if you want breakfast brought to your room it costs an extra $30, as does a late checkout.

Lovely property, overall. Room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Great quality and service. Easy parking. Wifi great.

We arrived just out of reception hours. With no communication of how to get into property and international limited cell phone service , we were unable to call and had to rely on a fellow guest to let us in. Some kind of other communication service is needed. Even the code to get in. We had a tour booked for the next morning and some Information in the room about what time breakfast is served would help with planning the next day. Coffee machine and pods great in the room but no milk. Single ply toilet paper, not good.

I room felt dingy: floors stained, gross shower curtain, bathroom walls dirty. It was expensive but didn’t feel expensive. Lot of extra charges for small simple things.

Excellent charming stay.

The staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The facility was well kept and clean. The inn is a very pleasant and charming place with vintage look and feel. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out, there is a personal touch. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast. It was fresh and delicious. I would like to thank the whole staff for an excellent stay.

The only minor inconvenience was the inability to cover a window near the top of the room. Due to its location, it allows light to come through the whole day. It makes it hard to fall asleep until it is completely dark. However , i understand it is a minor inconvenience due to the structure of the house.
