Everything was great except for room location! Rooms #10 and # 11 are inches away from the very noisy street, Jefferson Ave. Early morning trash pick up on Friday was extremely loud and very disruptive. Buildings are beautiful and this property is very conveniently located.

Such an interesting and beautifully maintained craftsman style home! Over the three nights we stayed it was extremely quiet and comfortable. Location was very convenient since it is right downtown. A pleasant walk to downtown eateries and Oxbow Market. Always had a parking space at Blackbird when we would come back from out of town excursions. Communication with staff mostly by daily texts asking us in advance whether we were going to join for breakfast, happy hour and whether we wanted our room made up. It was a very special stay for us and we would gladly stay again.
