About this house rental
Tasetfully decorated two bedroom town house with aircon throughout, located on the Urbanisation of Puerto Marino, at the bottom of the hill in Gran Alacant. Access to two lovely Communal swimming, which also have childrens pool, one just at the end of the road.the other to the rear of the property in the street behind. Five minutes walk to the GA Norte shopping centre, restaurants/bars.
A short train ride to the beach, Quiet and peaceful, ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Alicante and Santa Pola, the property has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
A terraced area for you to dine al fresco. Ideal for a family holiday, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
On entering the property you are in the open plan lounge/dining area which is to the front of the house. The kitchen and laundry area are located to the side of the lounge as you enter the front door. From the laundry area you have access to a rear terraced area . At the rear of the dining area there is a shower room. Marble stairs take you to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom and the other with twin single beds. The main bedroom leads onto the upper terrace with fabulous views over the area. There is also the main bathroom with shower over the bath.
To the front of the house you have a terraced area where you can relax in the shade with a glass of wine and your favourite book, steps leading to the front terraced area where you can dine al fresco, or take in the sun.

This would have had 5 stars but the air con let it down .. 10 euro from 11 pm till 5.30 am when it ran out of money had we know about thus very expensive air con we would of added it into our holiday money.... everything else was perfect except the dirty pants in the bedroom xx

Seeing as this property is in spain i would say air con and outside area was very important.
You have to pay for air con.
Outside area was dirty with drink spillage marks.
I swept areas then washed the terrace area and swept again.
Outdoor furniture and cushions was dirty stained and quite old looking.
Inside was very clean and tidy. Its a lovely townhouse but i expected better for the cost.
If you get a problem with signal on tv wiggle the scart lead on back of tv. I found solution myself after 2 days without any tv as owner was blaming the weather.
