This two-story vacation home offers a comfortable and functional layout. It features two bedrooms, one full bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional guest toilet.
One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double bed on the lower level and a single bed on the upper level, making it suitable for families or groups. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, providing extra sleeping space.
The main floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, offering direct access to a private terrace—ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The property is located within a residential community that offers a shared swimming pool, as well as tennis and basketball courts, perfect for enjoying both leisure and sports during your stay.
Included amenities:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Dolce Gusto coffee machine with complimentary capsules
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of paper towels: 1 roll
-Please note that the community access gate is closed from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. During these hours, guests will need to use the key provided inside the house.
- Free parking is available within the community on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- The apartment has a decibel detector.
- There are stairs leading to the second floor.
- There is a small barbecue on the terrace; fuel is not provided, and it must be cleaned after use.
- You will have access to the shared community pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts; this is not a private property.
Extra guests after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in a 150€ fine per stay.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150€.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the prepaid security deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
