Victoria City and Kö Apartments

The staff. They were by far the best part of our stay. They were extremelt helpful and accommodating. Aside from them, the location was *very* convenient to everything - Edeka, restaurants, etc. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was nice and spacious, and (most importantly) the air conditioner worked. (More on that below). Despite the things I didn't like, I would absolutely stay here again.

The penthouse apartment we originally reserved was nice but... the bedroom was a bit cramped, as the bed took up nearly all of the space in the room. Had we stayed in that apartment, getting out of the bed would have most likely been a bit of a pain. Then, out of nowhere, the air conditioner (fan) stopped working - on one of the hottest days ever in Germany. I called the after hours number and they were, as I stated, very friendly and accommodating - they checked on the availability of one of the other apartments(that just happened to be even bigger) and gave it to us. Really nice of them. Aside from that, overlooking one of the main streets through the city, yes, the traffic and sirens got a bit noisy at times, even with the windows closed. It was to be expected, though.

Large, beautiful, and very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. The terrace balcony was also a bonus. It is also great that there is a reception all day and that we could leave our luggage after check-out. The location is also perfect - very close to the main train station, walking distance to the main town centre and the old town area, surrounded with shops/markets and many good restaurants, and well connected to tram and metro stops/stations. Will definitely stay again!

It was clean, with a comfortable bed and a big table in the middle of the apartment. Good location and a smart TV with wifi.

There was no pan, no knifes, no bols. The door of the fridge was broken. The towels were so small. The windows didn't close well so there was noise. There wasn't salt, man, salt, and no oil.
