    The hotel was very expensive. When we went to the reception, they asked us for tax and a deposit. It was the first time any hotel had asked for such a high deposit. I thought maybe it was a five-star hotel with many high-end facilities. However, contrary to my expectations, there was nothing except a bed and a chair—not even a glass for drinking water. The bathroom also had nothing except a small travel-size shampoo that you wouldn't even feel like using. The next day, there was no staff available. Because we had paid the deposit in cash, we had to wait for a long time. Due to the risk of missing our train, we couldn't wait any longer to get our deposit back. The whole administrative system was very outdated and lacked basic amenities. My advice to the hotel manager is to visit one of the cheapest hotels in Düsseldorf to see and compare the services and facilities offered there with those of their own hotel.

    No basic necessities such as shower/shampoo gel, no water, no tv, no internet, no clothes hangers, will not recommend to anyone and will not return at all!!!!
