Hotel is beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff are amazing and incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and all of the social areas and bar were fantastic.

What a gem of a hotel. From start to finish the staff makes a stay here effortless luxury. We felt enormously welcome from the check in to housekeeping to the bellmen, valet, and personal assistants. You could really tell everyone was working together as a team and it made for an incredible guest experience.
The decor is breathtaking and the flowers all over make it feel like spring inside.
The location is ideal for Dusseldorf and don't miss the excellent gym, pool, and spa area. Definitely the best I've experienced in Europe.
We'll definitely be back!
