The place was perfect for our family of 4. Located less than 15 minutes from the national park. It made it easy to get up early and catch a sunrise or to see the lava at night.
Check in could have been more fluid, but other than that,I have no complaints.

The location was perfect for Volcano National Park! Easy access while being quiet. It is in a neighborhood but on a property with plenty of tropical trees so was still lovely. The interior is not fancy but has everything you need for a short or long stay.
Not an essential issue but the washer/dryer were old and not working the greatest.

The location was great and the accommodation was clean, quiet and, for the most part, very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! The house is in a secluded area and it felt very close to nature.
The sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable. Our main problem with the accommodation was the discrepancy in billing. We booked through Booking.com, which provided us with a bill for $184.00 that included all charges for one night. That is the amount we okayed when we booked. Fifth Street Ohana billed my credit card for $274.00, however. There was no explanation of this increase and the management did not respond to my emails asking for an explanation.
