I've stayed in worse places, but it was a bit icky when there was hair in the bathroom and marks on the sink that hadn't been cleaned. The bed seemed fine though so I was able to sleep. There was no hot water during the day which was mega inconvenient as I was going to a wedding, but the following morning there was hot water, so a bit unreliable. I could hear upstairs and next door neighbours very clearly through the thin walls (every word of their TV program), and there was a door between my room and nextdoor as if it was an adjoining suite, though locked with a chair innfront, still made me quite uncomfortable. It's a motel though, so expectations were not high. Overall a basic level of cleanliness in every area would have been appreciated.
