It was just a place to sleep.

The pool was green so we couldn't swim. The bathroom had soap scum in the tub. The ice machines didn't work there was no refrigerator in the room the vending machine cost an outrageous amount of money. I had to go to Casey's to get a cooler with ice so the family could have cold drinks throughout the night. There was no morning coffee served.

Location and cheaper then the rest

Rain poured into room, flooded the floor, moved across hall . After killing all the bugs finally around 1am we got to sleep. Woke up around 3/30 to my son knocking bugs out of his bed!

Less than 15 minutes from Holiday World

The location was a plus. Less than 15 minutes from Holiday World. A couple of restaurants right next door. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help with an unconventional and unexpected issue. The room was clean and temp was ready to receive guests.

The halls and grounds could have been a bit more looked after.

Everything worked well…except the A/C. But I try not to hold it against them too much bc we were having a heat wave

Nothing only location close to Santa Claus IN

Dirty bathroom, super cold and not extra blankets, the bathtub (jacuzzi) don’t work and the water doesn’t drain so I can’t take a shower. The bed sheets don’t look clean either

It was close to the park

Air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms when we told the manager she said she could move us but we would have to pay a fee, and tried to blame us because her rat hole of a motel wasn't working. There was mold in the bathroom and only one of the three rooms we paid for had a mini fridge. This place is now on my do not stay list.

The location was decent for the price, but the overall facilities were not to part of what you should expect out of hote

The outside was clean and decent location.

We walked into the hotel and already the staff was rude towards us. We get to the room and all you can hear is doors slamming, and opening throughout the whole night and day the the room itself was small, not very clean, walls are thin, didn’t smell very good, in the shower was cold no hot water. I would not stay here again and not recommend someone spending the night here unless you wanna hear a door slamming all night. Will we start checking out? We were forced to give them a five star review.

Nothing at all

Everything it was dirty the air conditioner wasnt working the staff was rude and argumentative and when we told them we saw bed bugs and were leaving and wanted a refund the lady at the desk just wanted to argue and wouldn't refund our money we had to call corporate and make a formal complaint I recommend no one stay there

No a/c in rooms.when informed staff and moved rooms that room had no air conditioning also had no working key and we were told to leave the door cracked . Rooms had ants and stink bugs. My friend and father were both walked in on. When taking a shower dirt was coming out of the faucet with the water

Don't waste your money or give this owner his

Place is falling apart. The owner should be ashamed of himself. A hotelier does NOT make minimal repairs; have staff they treat like slaves; or walk around with an air of arrogance especially when their hotel should be in Baltimore City. As this owner is most DEFINITELY NOT a hotelier, it makes sense that the hotel should be put down & out of its misery.

Basic Stop and Go. No Amenities

Price was good.

No shampoo. No tissues. Basic room. No coffee. Towels were like hand towels. Shower was hard to use Room had a funky odor. Oddly located off interstate - not convenient to anything.

Definitely not worth the price. Should cost about half what it does! No elevator, hallway very dirty carpet, our first room A/C didn’t work and a lot of long hairs on the bed

Poor

Our room was discusting. There was mold in the bathroom, cherry stems throughout, dead flies on the furniture. The only reason I gave th a 2 is because it didn't have bedbugs. We even told them about it expecting them to clean it while we were out. Sadly that was not the case. But the staff was polite I'm sure it was a maid that forgot to do the room. We would have went somewhere else but everything was booked.
