Took forever to check in no one at front desk ever, after checking in took even longer as they had to check if the room was ready then when I got to room room was 80° air conditioner was blowing hot air front desk brought me a fan I asked where the coffee tea maker was in room was told they don’t do that at their hotel even when I showed her pictures of her hotel stating The coffee and tea maker in room Wi-Fi did not work sinks slow to drain bed sheets dirty like previously slept in

The bathroom wasn't clean, the light flickered, air conditioner wasn't working right, and there were ants in the rooms. The pool was extremely cl3an but old, crqcked and chipped. The best thing about the stay was the pool.

Dirty and the beds were hard. No refrigerator had to ask for one they didn’t know there wasn’t one in the room. Grass outside was knee tall. Our door to the room wouldn’t shut all the way, stains on the towels and no shampoo and conditioner or soap. Just a bad hotel.

Shady clientele, dirty room, bathroom light did not work, shower did not drain, thick dirt around the bottom of the shower, cigarette burn on bedspread, floors were sticky, hole in ceiling. Sign at the front desk, saying no refunds, no changing rooms. Ice machines didn’t work. The only thing that was in the room for toiletries was two bars of soap. When I told them about the room, they pointed to the sign and said there’s no changing rooms and there’s no refunds.

New ownership has work to do. Outdoor areas are overrun with weeds. Growing up through cracks in the parking lot. Only one room light worked (out of 4). Bathroom was missing frontal of sink countertop. No extra t-p. TV frequently lost channels and service. Many doors are scratched/marred.

The pictures shown do not represent what the location looks like. There were a lot of things that were misrepresented. I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but the fact that the floors in the lobby areas hadn't been swept for a long time, hallways not vacuumed, the grasses were overgrown around it (lower shin height), and the elevator sounds like it's going to fail any minute, was a little off putting. If they are okay with allowing you to see the main areas in this condition, how do things look behind the scenes? Our room was clean and tidy, decent amenities, but still kind of made me weary if the main areas were so unkept. Also, my biggest complaint- at check in they announce your room number out loud in front of everyone, which to me is a safety issue. The lobby was very busy and that made me super uncomfortable. They advertise free coffee and had the sign hanging for it (we were looking for the coffee and said out loud "oh look it's advertised, it will probably be here in the morning"), but the next day when we went by, they had removed the whole sign-- like a canvas advertisement sign from corporate Motel 6. It was okay for the cost, but I probably would not stay here again.

The bathroom was not clean. Hair in the shower and floor had not been swept. Bedding smelled like they were taken out of a dusty shed. Front desk laughed in my face when checking in. Laundry area didn’t work. Ice machine is down.

The whole hotel is dirty, smells musty/moldy, and needs a complete remodel. The beds needed replaced 10 years ago, the bathroom is tiny, drains slow, and just not comfortable at all. Especially for the price, this place should be no more than $60/night!

Two lights missing in the bathroom fixer two lights in the bedroom would not work back door. Hotel would not lock when you come in and out who owners and Hotel needs quite a bit of attention.

The biggest issue, was since we stayed here while we went to Holiday world. It was like 95° all day and we are ready to come to the hotel and relax our air conditioner didn’t work. We told him about it once they said somebody come fix it in 30 minutes. I walked downstairs in 30 minutes, ask him about it and they forgot about it completely Handed me a box fan and said that they would get somebody to work on it. They never came. We pretty much just sweat and toe got out of there thank God it was just a one night stay and I think our blankets were clean, but they were very stained.

Check-in was smooth. FIRST room I had the door didn't open on the first try, ever. Had to use the key card at least twice before the door would open. The grate for the HVAC wasn't fully secured to the wall and it just looked run down. Went to watch TV, no remote in the room. Had to go to the front desk to get one...then when I got back to my room the box didn't work. Went back to the desk to see if I was doing something wrong...she suggested that I unplug the box and plug it back in and if that didn't work she would change my room. SECOND room had a door that opened, a remote, and the TV worked. The HVAC was set on like 60 or something, so it was a bit chilly to start. After coming back from getting food neither of the keycards worked...so back down to the front desk I went. Shower in the room felt like it was going to give way below me, but I was on the first floor...and it was a handicap accessible shower, I am not handicapped The beds were not the best, but for a Motel 6 I am not sure what I expected. It worked for a place to sleep...but that is it. I am returning to the area in a few weeks but canceled my reservation for this hotel and will be booking elsewhere.

Someone walked in our room the first morning and kept coming in even after we said we are in here 3 times. Ice machine was broken. Only 1 plug in the room, had fridge and microwave plugged into it and 1 in the bathroom. Had a kleenex box that reminded me of a Valentines box said drop key here when checking out. Never saw anyone either morning.

The overall cleaniess of the hotel room was poor. There was dust and flith on the air vent burn marks on the counters in the room and the smell of the hotel was nauseating.

I've stayed here multiple times to visit family over the past 5 to 6 years. The hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance as the years pass. Its still relatively clean, but lights not working in the rooms has become the norm. Missing/broken towel racks, water damaged window frames, and ripped window screens are a few things I saw on this trip. This is supposedly a nonsmoking motel, but the smell of cigarettes was strong in the hallway. This is a first for me to experience as I've seen the owners kickout guests for smoking in their room. The elevator was also out of service, but I had my room on the first floor.

Absolutely awful! The service was ridiculously slow. We waited almost 20 minutes to get checked in. We had 2 rooms. Each room had one working light and neither was turned on by the switch at the door. One bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the other bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and nearly overflowed when my kid used it the first time. Went to grab the rest of our bags and overheard anither guest asking front desk if they could get a bucket and mop and clean their own room so that it would actually be clean. Wouldn't stay here again.

I was going to stay an additional 5 days. But I had to check out due to everything wrong with this hotel. First three nights they neighbors dog barked all night. Internet or tv didn’t work. Ice machine and laundry machine was broken. My room door handle was broken and made it difficult to get in and out of my room. Both rooms I was in looked like the doors have been kicked in multiple times. You could see into my room from the hallway because of the gap. Last night was the final straw. Two women were screaming and fighting and yelling and running up and down the hallway from 7:30pm to 5am. I notified the manager. It quit for about a hour then went right back at it. Everything is broken or doesn’t work. Complete waste of money. Never will I ever return. Whole building needs redo and everything needs fixed. Shower didn’t work in the second room I got when I was moved.
