The location and hot shower.

This hotel needs major renovations and improvements. The entranceway and rooms have a horrible smell. The carpet needs to be replaced along with the beds and other things in the rooms. Our room had dead bugs on the floor and BED BUGS in the beds. The breakfast was bad. There was not a good selection of food, and the juice machine did not work. There was not an attendant there to replenish what was empty. The eggs and sausage were cold. Also, the pool water was freezing along with a strong smell of chlorine. So swim at your own risk. I was also charged an unknown additional $2.14. I'm not sure what this was for. This place is not worth the stay.

Room was very nice and clean. No complaints about the room.

Breakfast was horrible. We got there at 7:30, so there was still 2 hours left for breakfast. There was no food! Eggs were gone, no sausage at all, there were 2 bagels and 2 slices of bread. Juice machine was broken, so there was a gallon container for juice that was empty. The only thing to eat was to either make yourself a waffle or cereal. There was nothing else! I complained to the girl at the desk. She did fill the juice container and bring out some bagels and muffins. She did not make eggs or sausage and there was still 2 hours of breakfast left. Another couple with their children came in while we were eating our bagel, looked around and walked right back out.

I love staying here We recommended to friends that stayed that night also & friends stayed earlier!

The price I paid through the third party booking agent. I called direct from the website for the hotel but they couldn't beat the price the third party offered even after I let them know what I was being offered.

understand there weren't may people staying the night I was there but the breakfast area was very disappointing. I went down there two different times and food was not replenished and there was no attendant looking after the area

We have stayed there 4 times before &will again!!!

Got to the room it had not been cleaned. Breakfast the first day they only had cereal and waffles. Second day I didn't even look The water in the Sink would only run slow.

Very clean

The night manager that checked us in was great, he was funny, kind, and helped us with an issue with the room as soon as we told him about it.

The door between our room and the adjoining one *didn’t lock* so we had to have the night manager pry the door up so the deadbolt would latch, even after he fixed it we used chairs and luggage to jam the door shut because the latch/lock felt unsafe. The toilet paper in the bathroom was a half used roll left from the last guest. The king room we reserved was unavailable due to overbooking. The curtains on my ground floor room would not close far enough to block anybody outside from seeing in. The bed was uncomfortable. Pool was small and didn’t feel heated as advertised. And the conditioner and soap had been watered down by housekeeping instead of replaced. Breakfast options were limited. The whole hotel smelled bad and felt dated. If it wasn’t in the middle of nowhere in a gravel lot, I would’ve felt very unsafe. I did not want to stay a second night.

I was over charged they charged me twice before I got there it was 195.00 then once I came it was the 367.00 I don’t understand why I spoke with the manager I supposed to be reimbursed for the 197.00 so I’m waiting on that transaction

Close to park

Reserved two queen beds and were given two full size. Told the desk I reserved two queen and he says they are queen but they definitely were not queen size. As two heavier people we did not fit comfortably in the bed

The location was close to Holidayworld. It was only a 10 minute drive each day to get to the park.

I requested more pillows, because the ones on the bed were very small and didn't stretch the length of the bed. They would not give us any more pillows. We had 4 people and we each needed 2 pillows. That makes 8 pillows. There were only 6 in the room. When I asked for 2 more, the man at the front desk said 6 is enough. I tried to explain to him that it wasn't enough. He just kept arguing with me and stating that it was enough. Breakfast was not filled quickly. We went 2 mornings with no breakfast, because by 8:45am it was all gone. The toilet clogged up in the room the evening before we left. We couldn't watch TV, because the internet connection was so bad. It would play for a minute and spin for 5. It was horrible!

I liked how quiet it was and the room was nice.

I felt like it was a little over priced mainly because the wifi barely worked. I had to use my significant other’s hotspot to do anything. I also wasn’t impressed with their “free breakfast” i felt it was the bare minimum especially when paying $200 for 1 night in the middle of nowhere.

The beds were comfortable

The pool room didn't have any towels. The gym/ workout room was in terrible shape. The treadmill was broken and the elliptical had a petal broken and the seat wasn't sturdy and wobbled. Not to mention the operating permit for the elevator expired in April of 2025. When we got into our room our tv was also broken and had streaks across it from a broken screen. The breakfast was terrible. Cheerios were so stale that they were soft. Both days staying there the sausage was cold coming straight out of the breakfast line. One of the waffle makers were broken in the second day along with the coffee maker which only dispensed decaf the second morning. Also day of check out, your room key stopped working two and a half hours before checkout. Truth be told I'm not happy with our stay.

I appreciated the location wasn’t too far from attraction.

The 3rd floor pool was creepy and the first set of beds where uncomfortable

Staff was nice.

The hotel is run down and dirty. The entryway walking in is dirty. The whole place smells. My brother had a room and it smelled like mildew. The staff sprayed something but that just masked a bigger problem. We needed a hotel for holiday world for one night, but to charge 225$ a night for a dirty hotel is a bit outrageous. The staff is nice but the hotel needs renovations and a good deep clean. Will not stay here again.

it was in a nice quiet area and the breakfast was ok. Water pressure in the shower was great.

Location, inside pool , breakfast included, free cancelation, nice big rooms and very clean.

Gravel parking lot 😬. Pool area needed painted in spots. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. Did not like the breakfast sausages !

Hotel was clean and inviting. Breakfast had a few options. Beds were comfortable. Super close to our destination for the week.

I loved how comfy and clean the room was. With not a lot of options for hotels we took a chance with this one and I’m glad we stayed here!
