The location and the breakfast.

The room was not handicapped accessible for me. The shades were trashed so I could not block out the light from the parking lot. When I requested a room change,the clerk stated that none of the rooms tagged handicapped accessible were really accessible so there was no place to move me. The policies did not state that a service animal was $35 a day and I was charged for 5 days. I stayed at Hampton Inn on the way back and they charged $50 for four days total. The hotel charged me $275 for a deposit and then $168 later in the week. A budget nightmare.

The room was big and comfortable with two queen beds, a small dining, and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was decent. The property was close to grocery store (Walmart) and many restaurants. The car parking was free with multiple spots available. Overall a relaxed experience.

Inside the hotel room itself just looked beat down. There weren’t curtains to actually shield from the sun, and the pull down had rips and tears in it. The furniture looked warped in some areas and the ice machine looked like it had been put and being worked on for quite some time.

it was a nice stay for the weekend. It was nice that they offered breakfast. It was great to the location of where we were going for the celebration that we attended. I would come and stay there again.

There was not anything that I didn't like. Everything was good for the quick stay. The price was good and the room was good. The staffl was good. Every time walked in or out I saw a smile. They helped when my key didn't work, It was worked out very quickly. I was happy with the stay.

The room I stayed at was quite nice and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The bed was big and comfortable except for the pillows. I enjoyed their breakfast the times I went down to get it.

The assistant manager and the manager were quite rude to me and very unprofessional. I told them to look into a double charge and the manager and assistant manager Marlyn just stood there amd straight up laughed and smirked at me and calling me rude, saying how I was yelling at them even though I wasn’t. They never once tried to look into the issue until I figured it out myself and all they could say was sorry. The very next day they kick me out of the hotel for being “rude”. I even told them if we are gonna have a problem extending my stay to let me know soon so I can find another place to stay and they said there wasn’t any only for me to wake up and then leave me homeless. I also overheard the assistant manager Marilyn gossiping about me to her male coworker. Which is really rude of them and unprofessional yet she was the one saying I was being “rude”. Another thing was the WiFi was also out or they had an issue and I need it for work and I’ve told them multiple times respectuy what they can do to compensate for that and she said there wasn’t any nothing she could do for me. This whole experience with them was quite awful of I’m being honest. The night staff however were really friendly towards me and one of them even mention how the manager is rude and how they agree with my situation. So the manager and assistant manager are really fake and don’t care about the customer.

Just that we could still hear a lot of the fireworks that we trying to get away from. Otherwise perfect.

We found 3 roaches in the room, also the breakfast is awful , they have very small options and the quality of the food is very cheap, they only have one waffle machine , the free breakfast not worth it.

The bed was pretty soft.

The prize was way to much for one night and I got the suite with the jacuzzi on the pictures it didn't show really how big it was but in person it barely fit two people also there was a dead bug trapped in the light on the bathroom.

Everything was amazing! We were so comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was what we asked for and we were able to make ourselves at home for 5 days. We are definitely staying there again on our next visit.

The breakfast is always plentiful and enough. Norma L takes great pride in her work and makes sure everyone has enough and is kind and friendly towards everyone.

The small bed pillows could have been a bit softer but they served its purpose

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is someone tending the front desk 24 hours and there to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very convenient location.

The refrigerator was a little noisy, but the ac drowned it out!

Exceeded expectations, overall a great experience during a difficult time.

Kitchen staff and afternoon staff were very friendly and helpful.

The overnight shift staff were not available. It was inconvenient to have to get dressed, go downstairs and have to search for them. They never answered the phone, several nights. Also, my hot tub didn’t work and they didn’t even offer to move me or fix it.
