We enjoyed family time but wish the housekeeping was more active.

We enjoyed the cozy feel of the room.

Housekeeping didn’t maintain our room. We had to ask for fresh towels and our beds were only made once the entire 12 nights we stayed.

Worth every penny

This location had it all! From the very beginning, I was received by a friendly welcoming. Had fresh water waiting and the room was clean and temperature set just perfect for the weather! Definitely worth the trip. The breakfast also was easy to access and clean tables available to relax while enjoying our breakfast. This trip was planned for an old friend, of 50 years to catch up with and enjoy some quality time together, and we did. The indoor pool allowed for long conversations some exercise and echoes of laughter

I am vegetarian. The breakfast was grain-based, with a little dairy and eggs, and, of course, a meat protein source. There were no bagels :(. There were muffins, sliced bread, and English muffins. There was excellent granola, and the components of a decent trail mix, along with bananas, apples, and oranges, which I ate every morning. There was also a waffle maker with a waffle mix dispenser next to it, and also a juice dispenser. Some of the available spreads included real butter, Jif peanut butter, and Nutella. And there some other things which I haven't mentioned.

There was no light appropriately bright enough to read by, and there was no way to block the light from the seating area to the bed. Even a blackout curtain there would have helped, it could be slid across the opening or pushed to the side. That made it nice for sleeping, but hard to study for my class. The bed was comfortable, at least. The bathroom toilet always made one think it wasn't going to flush, but somehow generally successfully flushed its contents--it flushed very slowly.

A great location off the 15 freeway with a variety of dining choices nearby.

The breakfast display had a variety of items to select from: eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes, fresh fruit, juices and coffee drinks. A decent breakfast to continue down the road.

Extremely disappointed.

Property was fine but staff was not.

I was misinformed by the night staff of the timing of the breakfast 6 to 11am. which is the main reason I was staying there. When I went down to have breakfast, around 10am it was already closed. The person at the front desk at that time couldn’t have cared less and offered the vending machine. Later they knocked at my door and offered two packs of cookies. The reason I was staying there is because I had a car breakdown coming up the Cajon pass and needed to stay overnight for the repair. when I asked for an extended checkout they said it would be an additional $50 to stay in my room two more hours, which I declined. this happened after not being able to enjoy a breakfast at the facility. Also, the people in the room next to me were incredibly loud till about two in the morning and then started again at 5:45. Not a very good experience or good night sleep

Bathroom door squeaked. We were woken up about 3 am from occupants next door talking really load. Need thicker walls or signage to be mindful of other occupants after a certain time.

Nice except for the toilet issue and constants smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator.

The bathroom toilet sometimes flushed correctly. Almost every time it needed a plunger to flush.

Be mindful if booking a two-bedroom suite. Otherwise, I recommend it.

Very clean facilities. The two-bedroom suite we booked was well equipped and comfortable. Very good breakfast.

The two-bedroom suite has the only toilet and bathroom inside one of the bedrooms, which I find very awkward and intrusive. I didn't feel comfortable using the toilet/bathroom inside the bedroom, the other two adults I was travelling with were sleeping at. Specially if I need to use the toilet in the middle of the night. I asked in reception for another suite with the toilet/bathroom outside the bedroom but I was told all suites are designed in the same way. Just bear that in mind. We didn't mind sharing the toilet/bathroom but having it inside one of the bedrooms wasn't comfortable.

I would recommend the Best Western in Hesperia to my friends and family.

I come from a very rural area, so when a hotel is right on the freeway and in the center of the city, I always hear road noise, but I must say, Best Western Hesperia was quiet compared to other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and courteous, the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast had everything we needed and was very delicious.

Clean room

After I paid online, we showed up to the hotel and we’re required to pay a security deposit that we were uninformed about. The manager was very rude and people were up all night making noise. Seemed like a lot of drug addicts in and out of there.

Breakfast was amazing. And the staff was wonderful.

The hotel didn’t seem clean. A lot of dirt, bad smell. The pool was cloudy. I couldn’t see my feet through the water and other people’s hair was floating in the water. We were the only ones in there. Walls were extremely thin. I could hear everything said on the 3rd floor and the worst was my wake up call. At 5am I was woken up by my neighbor’s alarm clock.
