Bfast was acceptable even though eggs were blah bland. Staff kept our freezer bars in their freezer.

There was no hair dryer in the room. More tables and chairs were needed.

The breakfast was real good. Good sausage, good eggs, good orange juice, and good coffee with flavored creamer.

The paint in the room looked very worn. Not very much time and maintenance spent on keeping the physical woodwork,walls, in furniture, including the desk chair, in good condition.

Better than expected roadside motel. Nice amenities.

Clean place. Welcoming front desk. Good sized room with 2 king beds. Better beds than Holiday Inn and Hyatt Place and Hyatt Centric whose beds are awful ... you sink into them because they're old. Nice teas and coffee and citrus water always available on the lobby, complimentary. They have an elevator and carpeted stairwells. Mini fridge and microwave. Secure entry, and the management seems security conscious.

The walll lighting in the room is hard on the eyes and there are no table lamps to use to avoid those mid wall installed bright fixtures. I had to put things in front of them so they weren't shinning on my eyes. I had a view of a wall out the window. But hey it's a small roadside motel in not the ritziest part if California.

The place is great for its price, there is a hot tub, beds are comfortable.

The hotel refused to give me a tax invoice form my stay. Hotel claims that I need to get from Booking.com, which is different to what's done in every other place. I asked the officer on duty to call booking to sort that out and I got an answer that I can do it myself, because she will not do anything like this. I tried to ask for a contact with the manager and received obvious lies that the manager is in India for on vacation for two months and there is no way to contact him or her. To summarize i do not have the invoice (which I need for my business trip) and the staff is shows a clear example of how not to treat a client.

Near the mall of victor valley with many shopping outlets, near fast food chains less than 5 minutes away. Walmart & target near by for convenience.

Hotel was ok but staff was inattentive and racist.

I requested late check out and was told it wasn't an option and breakfast was marginal. Front desk staff was using anti-semantic slurs when i arrived for check out and didn't even apologize when i walked in while she was saying them.

There was no "vending" and the drink prices were outrageously priced.

Nice lobby but furniture was torn. We had a handicapped accessible room but there was no removable shower facet head so it was difficult to get my disabled mom rinsed off. Also there was a damaged tile right in front of the of the shower that could have been a trip hazard.
