The light is not too bright. There was no shampoo, conditioner. When we got there is only 2 pieces body towel. and 1 pc towel on the floor. no face towel

It was clean but the poeple there don’t Clean when someone is in there no cleaning takes place.

They need too clean while people put out.

Didn’t have breakfast but wish I did. The location was a little far away from downtown during traffic hours but other wise worked very well for this trip. My priority was cost and this room was very affordable! I loved that this hotel had a pool and jacuzzi though I unfortunately didn’t take time to enjoy it.

Pillows were a little flat, could have used twice as many. Air conditioner seemed to take a long time to bring the temperature down. I’m a little fat and the shower felt a little small. I won’t hold that against the hotel, it’s up to me to lose weight! LOL

I like the front room locations highway puts me to sleep

I liked the location and parking. I liked having direct access to my room from the parking lot, without having to go through the main lobby to get there. I was glad that the AC worked. I liked the Handicapped friendly room with a roll in shower access/

The pool was closed. There were no vedni9ng machines, There was no ice machine. The parking was in poor condition and the parking spaces were arranged in a perpendicular manner as apposed to a a diagonal in manner which makes more sense and would be easier to pull in to and back out of.

Driving into the facility, there was a homeless lady laying in the driveway to get in She was there for a long time. Nobody called the police or have her moved.

Nothing I was unable to check in because of one very Rude and Disrespectful woman.

Every thing the fact that either u guys do not have a manager on duty every single day or the fact that the person u have working is lieing to customers.

Convenience to water park was only reason

It was a bit of a scary place to stay. Constant ‘deliveries’ of something dodgy. Men just hanging around looking suspicious our room stank of marijuana and there was still ash on the floor. Could hear everything going in next door with the several men residing there. Glad we survived

The location is very convenient and the price is pretty good.

I travel a lot, and many times I had stayed at Motel 6 at different locations, and that's why I chose this Motel 6, instead of the Fontaine next door, which I do not have any experience with. Well, I regret my decision this time. First, unlike many hotels and motels, this one just gave us 2 very tiny soaps, NO SHAMPOO, NO BODY LOTION! Second, unlike what I read on their website, room cleaning had to be requested. Third, no bottle of water in the room like many other Motel 6. For the conclusion, this one charges the price like other Motel 6, but do not provide the same service.

I couldn't get clean towels until 430 pm on Saturday. i called 4 times, just got back from the beach at 2 pm, they took our dirty towels out, and they didn't replace them. A very bad area, police knock down the door above us. Rooms were dirty, the microwave was dirty, little refrigerator smelled bad, and the front desk was snotty when I checked in and called questions about the pool. The room was too small for my husband, who was in wheelchair ♿️. Last motel 6, I will try.

Great location, Clean room with good facilities and plenty of parking

we arrived late at night and parked outside our room along with the other residents only to find the next morning Tickets on ALL the cars from San Jose Council $409 fine for parking in a disabled spot !!. I obviously paid as in the light of day you could see the signs and also unlike the UK the US paint the Curb blue but suggest the Hotel please Warn their guests as this caught out Americans also ! That was our only complaint

Employees were welcoming. Made you feel welcome. Any questions were quickly answered. Room was clean

One of the room cleaners helped me with my door dash order because the dasher did not speak English. She directed him in Spanish to where my room was.

Here we go....this is a place where prostitutes go to die. The person above me sounded they were stacking rocks all night...the person next to me was a drug dealer and had multiple people in and out all day and night. Not to mention he tried hitting on me every chance he got, he followed me to the laundry room, then proceeded to block my door when I tried to get in. I was terrified!! I just locked myself in my room and prayed not to die. The bed had dips in it so I had to sleep to one side. The only reason I picked this place was because they allowed pets. I regret it immensely. $393 for 4 nights. I would never pay that much to stay here ever. $25 a night would be worth it I guess. The pool was closed, even though it said it was open on the website, someone had to help me get into the laundry room because my key card didn't work. Washer was clogged with old soap. One of the dryers were out of order, the full vending machines was out of order and the other one was empty. Horrible place! Do not stay here!!!
