Disappointed I was looking for a place to use when i come to work

I booked a king bed and when I went in the room it’s was two queen no hot water to shower I left it running for half hour and no hot water!!!!

Great staff and hotel is ran well, just horrible location and really loud.

Incredibly friendly staff, and very helpful. Delicious breakfast from 6:30-9 along with coffee, water or juice all day long. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds

This location is very rough. It’s right next to a Main Street and a freeway entrance so I was woken up all night by loud cars…. All night. It’s also just a very dirty area, there was a homeless encampment right on the other side of the parking lot. This is fine for just a Quick stop while traveling but not the best choice for my family and small children.

I liked the location. that's about it.

The walls were dirty, the AC was lackluster at best, online the rooms did NOT look like the room we stayed in. everything was just severely underwhelming. customer service lady was rude when we checked in.
