I like the hotel i get room here a lot but this last time the cleaning staff were really rude and wanted is out by 10 wh

Front desk lady always super nice

The cleaning staff rushed me out the room at 10 am when check out is at 11 and got upset that my cousin came to help me get my things out the room cause he brought his dog with him (the dog nor my cousin did NOT stay in the room) only came to pick me up

Our stay was upsetting.

The property is very deteriorated. They seem to maintain the structural part of it. Our room and the front desk had weird smell. Rug in our room was very dirty. Our bed sheets had cigarette burnt wholes on them. The hallway to the pool extremely dirty and dark.

They need to update before I’d return.

Location was important, but the surrounding area did not encourage evening walking. The staff was pleasant enough.

The room had a musty smell. AND worst of all the shower valve would not come free - so no shower. When I complained, the front desk staff said “you have to pull hard.” I had pulled hard and was afraid of breaking or pulling the handle off.

horrible do not stay here.

nothing it was sketchy and the walls were extremely thin and it was an uncomfortable night. i could hear loud coughing and spitting. The property says no smoking but all i smelt inside and outside the hotel was smoke. very disappointing

When we first arrived there were cops already there from previous encounters, i didnt find out what had happened but i can imagine it wasnt anything good. the cops left around 2:30am.

I don't know about the rest of the place but that room 102 needs worked on Big Time the faucet handl

I didn't stay I got the gift card down there to show her all what's wrong they need to close up place up and and fix all the things that's wrong with the place but there was a place to put the pictures I would show you but I didn't stay I canceled the stay I told her I wasn't staying, he didn't give me a credit they said that booking would do that....

The only thing I lied was the fact that I could use booking to get a place and to cancel it when I can which I did I end up saying that my daughters place

APPEARANCE NOT AS ADVERTISED

easy check in due to reservation.

Common walkways smelled like urine, are severely stained and has old pizza and shrimp trash scattered about. Room light switch at entry doorway does nothing; had to cross room to turn lights on. Wall unit AC shuts off. Fake wall thermostat with camera lens in it is on the opposite wall. Room had soiled bed skirts, mattress wrapped in at least three mattress protectors, tons of wall damage and unmatched paint patches, door frame shows evidence of broken locks, poor repairs and gap in door frame. Appearance of room makes me and my son feel unsafe.
