    The Manager complained that they loose money when we book through site… when booking multiple days the manager forced a Deposit and a 35$ fee for early access when we used the site to add another day to the booking… He also tried to extort my daughter out of more money… Extremely Rude and forced my daughter to leave room at 11am and return at 3pm or pay 35$ and a Deposit… He took advantage of my 22 year old daughter then changed his attitude after I showed up wasting my time…. The manager disrespected my Daughter because of age… I also observed him treating other guests who used a online booking site the same way.. not honoring the travel site

    I stayed one night, initially the a bathroom toilet was defective, they Changed my room and the room did not have hair dryer! And then it said they have breakfast I woke up and there was an empty breakfast room with only cup of tea and barely I could find a small sized yogurt and peace of bread!

    It's dark, secluded and carried a funk. I booked asked for my car to be visible was put in a room closer to the end of the hall behind a tree. Apparently the key machine was down I didn't even receive keys to where I had access to leave the room and get back in. The staff had to do it. Room door had a gap NOT SECURE, you could see into the hallway from inside. It was unclean and bare minimum. Shower was absolutely filthy with grease. Towels were brown. No hygiene products. I went back down to the desk and asked to swap employee *** stated I would be all right go back up there and go to sleep, he didn't have any more rooms did I want a cigarette? Then as he escorted me back to my room he questioned if I was a singer I don't know where that came from. The excuse used for most of my issues was be patient they're renovating to be honest I don't know if I would go back even after the renovations were complete. Especially at the very visible blood on the ceiling stepping off the elevator. And waking up to no breakfast but plenty smells of weed. After napping for the night with the sheets tied to the doors. Even homeless at almost $*** a night it's absolutely ridiculous. And for some reason it won't let me add the photos I have.
