    The staff and service here is impeccable. The room was extremely clean, and overall this was a nice welcoming atmosphere I was pleasantly surprised and wish I would have known of this place sooner. I also loved that I felt very safe which has previously been an issue for me at other places in the city. I felt safe to visit here with my children and I saw a lot of other families together too which was nice. The only thing I just wish there were more options for breakfast but I did appreciate that they had the waffle maker at least. Regardless a great stay at a verrry affordable price.

    My key didn’t work 2nd day I was here elevator didn’t work whole time I was here no real breakfast just cereal toast waffles and yogurt lady at front desk said even though I booked for a few days I had to come get it reactivated everyday toilet you had to hold the handle down for like 10 seconds for the toilet to flush

    The toilet seat was the wrong size. The blackout curtain was far too small for the window. The desk clerk knocked on my door 10 minutes after I checked in asking me to call Agoda and ask them to release the funds from my credit card because they didn’t want to wait. I was really busy with something important but I took a long time figuring out how to reach a real person at Agoda before finally being put on hold while they contacted the hotel. The next morning a different clerk banged on my door and woke me up at 7am saying the funds had not gone through. I showed him the charge on my credit card online. No apology or thanks. When the airport shuttle was 15 minutes late I finally took a taxi.
