Staff ensured room was available when I arrived 2am. They didn’t cancel my reservation or book my room. Staff, facilities too notch. Breakfast 4.5 stars. No milk but meal wasn’t bad with lower salt which is good for us! Only real knock is shuttle at 1:30a wasn’t there but hotels worked together to take care of us late people. Recommend and will stay again!

I experienced a horrible weekend at my stay here at the Hyatt Place South. Not to be mistaken for The Hyatt Place North. The manager Phyliss Hodges called the police on me and had me and my friend kicked out because we complained about the room not being serviced.....for 2 days straight. Phyliss's solution was not to resolve and please the customer but instead she chose to played victim and had us removed from a room with no towels or bedding! The staff was rude and spoke little to no words when spoken to. One of the cleaning ladies couldn't understand English which also made the situation a little awkward. Ms. Phyliss and her staff could definitely use more training in hospitality and emergency management.
