The location is convenient being close to Atlanta Airport and it operates a free shuttle service every 30mins.
There is a well equipped gym and a full buffet breakfast.
The staff are very friendly and supportive always welcoming.
The mini store was limited in good hot food and charges daily for parking.

Our check in clerk, Heather, was so personable and helpful. Probably the best check in clerk I have ever encountered.
The difficulty and excessive time it took to take the shuttle from the international terminal to the hotel.

Near Convention Center, food nearby. Easy check in. Secure parking. Clean. Breakfast was good.
Toilet needed repair, curtains wouldn't close allowing a spotlight to shine into our room. Going down early, 4:30 AM to lobby for a quiet place to study, music was very loud and TV was loud. I asked for it to be turned down or allow me to sit in the board room, but was told it was the ambiance, turned down slightly, couldn't use the board room. I suggest some soft and quiet music in lobby. Not like there were a lot of people in the lobby at 4:30 AM!
